Stayed in May 2022. The food was fresh and had a lot of vegetables, but the seasoning was different from what you would normally eat. The facilities, scenery, and service were all very good!

This hotel, located about 40 minutes by shuttle bus from Nasu-Shiobara Station, was formerly Niki Club. While retaining its luxury feel, the rooms have been remodeled to be child-friendly, and Hoshino Resorts has renovated it into a hotel perfect for families. Each building has its own cottage-like room, with a reasonable distance between each room. The restaurant is buffet-style, but it is great because it is not too child-friendly and retains a sense of luxury. There are many activities available, so it is a very good hotel for children. However, there are few activities in winter, limited to bonfires, pizza experiences, and vegetable harvesting, so please consider the temperature. In the evening, whiskey and plum wine are self-service at the bar. The grounds are large, making it a great place for a walk. This is a hotel to choose for fun with children, rather than expecting Niki Club.

I used it on my first visit to Nasu. I stayed in the main building, and the cottage-style room had a Risonare-like atmosphere and a comfortable natural environment. The simple activities at the agricultural garden, such as making Himmeli, making herbal tea, and roasting marshmallows, were also great for families with children.

The staff who checked us in was the worst. They spoke very politely, but their explanations were very difficult to understand. Also, when we left the building and were shown around the facility, they silently snatched the map my sister had several times and explained things to me while showing me the map, which surprised me. It's not a hotelier thing, but it's unthinkable as a person. This time, we booked three rooms: my parents, my family, and my sister's family. First, they showed my parents' room, and then we were told to "cross that bridge," so we started walking ahead, and behind me, I heard a voice explaining to my sister's family, "Now, I'll show you where the lounge is." What, my parents and we can't use the lounge? I thought, so I turned back and asked, "No, everyone can use the lounge!"... If that's the case, shouldn't they explain it to everyone, including my parents? In the end, only my parents were there when they were explaining where the lounge was, but they repeatedly said, "This is for use by people up to 12 years old!" I think that's why they do it, because both my family and my sister's family have small children, but I felt very uncomfortable when they repeatedly emphasized something that should have been clear once. The other staff were very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the meals and activities, but the first woman's nonsensical service bothered us, and the trip left us all feeling unsatisfied.

The building structure is unavoidable, but there are many difficulties in the lowest line of software and hardware. I also like the musty smell in the room. The explanation of the correspondence after arrival is kind and polite, but the welcome drink has to go to the outside detached room. There is no guide to the room, so I wander around with my luggage. It is impossible for elderly people because there are many stairs and steps because they walk outside to do anything. Of course, after bathing, I went outside and returned to my room, so it was cold, but there was nothing like Tanzen.

I knew that RISONARE was for children and young people, so I didn't notice it, but I realized that this was the famous Niki Club, so I made a quick visit. The annex is a little far from the hot springs (about 5 minutes on foot), so I chose the main building, which is about 2 minutes on foot. No, as expected, this is a facility for adults. The stately lounge in the annex, the spacious grounds where you can enjoy nature walks and snowy mountain views, the behavior of amazake at the farm, the wonderful hot springs, and the layout of the main building guest rooms that take into consideration the eyes. , everything is top notch. The room has floor heating, the toilet is warm, and the bath in the room is bright and pleasant. The elderly couple were particularly impressed by the hot springs. Amazing, and almost exclusive. The spring quality has a faint smell of sulfur, and I was surprised at the moisturizing power of sweating for some reason in about 5 minutes after bathing! It's good hot water. For dinner, the main dish and vegetable cheese fondue are prepared at the table, but the rest is a mixed style of buffet. The beef curry was delicious, and I was satisfied with the wide variety of cheeses. but this was the most delicious. We even received coupons that can be used in the hotel and used them for drinks and souvenirs. It is said that there is no travel support, but in my opinion, I think that the customer base was good because there was no support. As expected, Mr. Hoshino!　Because of the GOTO campaign in Kinugawa before, I was amazed at the terrible customer base, so I really enjoyed it with peace of mind! After all, I reconfirmed that the star resort is the hotel with the highest satisfaction. Wouldn't it be fun to plan a stay at an all-star resort? This time RISONARE Nasu is perfect, I would like to visit again someday. And at that time, it would be nice if we could evolve further and give new impressions, I was able to look forward to it.

It was so amazing that there were some bad reviews. There may have been room for improvement in the past, but until yesterday I could only find good points. If you want to go to a shiny and beautiful place, you should go to a different place than a place to enjoy nature, and the staff will not blame the hotel for any incidents (small things that naturally happen in a natural environment).
