the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

We’ve been going here for over 20 years and it’s always a great experience. The rooms, common bathrooms and facilities have been renovated and upgraded. What makes our visits great, outside of the facilities and great sunsets, is the service. Their restaurant crew and resort crew are always so friendly and they make our stay and meals special and memorable. Special shout out to Errick, Dennis, Ruel, Thess, chef Pogi, Diomar, Erika, Miho, Diomar and the rest of the am/pm crew! Many of them have made many of our milestone celebrations super special! We love it here so much that we’ve made another booking next month. ❤️

We always visit Club Punta Fuego once every 2 to 3 months. For some reason, the last 2 visits we had somehow disappointed us. The rooms and bathrooms are already dilapidated. Aircon not working well, refrigerator not working well, lights blinking, you see hair everywhere even at the front door step, it's not the same as before. Except for the staff(frobt desk, restaurants, drivers, cleaners) they're still courteous, accommodating and respectful. I am just so sad that the value for money for the rooms isnt that worth it anymore. I hope they do something about it, to make their guests feel welcome again.
