檜風呂が好きなので、檜風呂を楽しみにしていました。ほかのお風呂もすべて源泉かけ流しでとても気持ちよかったです。 檜風呂は洗い場が2つしかないのが不便でした。 脱衣所に置いてある化粧水・乳液が無印良品だったので、少し驚きました。 梅の館1階に泊まりましたが、お部屋は清潔なので古さは気にならず、窓からの借景に癒されました。 ただ庭を人が歩けるようになっているので、もし散策する人がいたらお部屋の中が見えてしまいます。 実際に旅館手前の橋から駐車場あたりを散歩したところ、松の館、竹の館の1階はお部屋の中が見えてしまうので、障子は開けられないと思いました。 お食事は50代の私にはちょうど良い量でしたが、若い方では物足りないかもしれません。

松の館のシングルルームとお湯が好きでコロナ禍以前は年に1~2回伺ってました。今回久しぶりに泊まり部屋とお湯は変わらず良かったです。ただ、夕食の料理てますが茶碗蒸しはぬるく、焼き魚は冷たかった…美味しさ半減しました。 そして、食後の食器は「自分で廊下に下げる」か「電話してスタッフに下げてもらう」なのですが昔の湯治宿でもないのにそれなりの宿泊代をとっているのに自分で下げると言う選択肢には納得出来ません。
