The hospitality was warm and the entrance was beautiful. I will definitely come here when I come to Nasu. I would also recommend it to my close friends. I don't usually post reviews, but this was so good that I wanted to write one.

Once you pass through the impressive gate, you will be greeted by a Japanese garden.
The staff were all friendly and the building was clean, so I was able to spend my New Year's holiday in a very comfortable environment.

The exterior corridor from the entrance to the inn already builds up a sense of anticipation. The building is not new, but it is well-maintained, clean, and spacious. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and although we arrived just after 2 p.m., they showed us to our room. Dinner is generally not included with same-day reservations, but we are grateful that they arranged it for us. Dinner was kaiseki, with a wide variety of dishes and many locally produced products, and we were very satisfied. Next time, we would like to try "The Sun Also Rises" with wine. The selection of books in the lounge was also excellent! Thank you very much.

You wouldn't expect much from the outside, but as soon as you step over the entrance you are greeted by a wonderful Japanese garden. Although small, the plants and stones are very well arranged. The customer service is excellent, on par with that of a top hotel. The hospitality in the lobby lounge on the first floor, the after-meal drink service and jazz music were absolutely delightful. All of the food was to our liking. In particular, the taste of the broth, the presentation on the dishes, the color and content of the food, and the service of ceramic ware for sake were all truly wonderful. The vases and flower arrangements everywhere, the paintings on display, etc. were all wonderful. Overall it was an inn with good taste. We liked the fact that you can only get there by car, as it felt like a hidden gem.
