Carol and the rest of the staff was very helpful. When we had a problem with our room they immediately upgraded us and gave us another room. Very clean hotel!

Very bad condition very dirty. The refrigerator was not working, tv wasn’t working. Dirty bed sheets with dried blood stained, the toilet seat all yellow and stained. Roaches under the bed. Was not clean at all. Nothing was working and place was dirty. Not worth the price I paid for definitely was a bad experience. Not coming back again.

The Praiamar Hotel is located in a strategic area of Natal. Nearby, there are excellent restaurants, bars, drugstores, and a beautiful beach. The hotel offers good infrastructure, but there are several aspects that should be improved, such as: The rooms should be more comfortable. The shower could be more functional, and the bed more comfortable. The food is the main problem at Praiamar Hotel. The quality should be greatly improved. Unfortunately, on some days, I would classify the meals as poor. The hotel administration should avoid repeating the same menu every day. During our stay at the hotel, the dinner menu was almost always the same. Breakfast is acceptable, but it should include a wider variety of items. It is clear that the hotel urgently needs a nutritionist. On the positive side, the staff are very polite and efficient. I truly appreciate their service.

Praiamar Express staff is very nice and professional, breakfast is amazing, rooms are nice too. The Praiamar Beach Club needs improvement, especially the waiters, they don't pay attention to you, it happened that I ordered a meal but their system didn't register, so I had to go to the bar and ask (since the waiter wouldn't go to my table), in the end my meal arrived after nearly 1h.

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was an ok experience but this year it was quite awful. The amount of time that it takes to check-in at the front desk is ridiculous. The rooms are so outdated and smell like mildew, the air conditioners don’t cool down the rooms no matter how low you set the temperature, it’s pretty much just a fan (quite noisy at that). Our room had a street view and shared balcony with 4 other rooms but the doors to the outside would not lock, maintenance came and figured out the door locks were broken or worn out and it couldn’t be fixed. Changed rooms but again the door to the balcony would not lock, maintenance comes in and fixed it… that was a good hour and a half wasted between figuring out doors and rooms. Changed rooms but it also smells terrible of mildew, the air conditioner only works as a fan. The shower only has cold water. This hotel has seen better days. I will never stay here again. Positives: the kids area and the breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff is top notch. Everything as stated. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Concierge, cleaning, support and especially the kitchen staff, with special emphasis on Chef Juscilene... a dignified, caring, available, polite and, above all, humble professional.

The hotel was decent and the rooms were alright. The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jandir who helped with my luggage and answered my questions. The rooftop on the 4th floor was nice, with a scenic view of the town and the ocean.

Very disappointed with the hotel installation 👎 bedroom old and fooling a part gave me bad back 😞 after 5 nights sleep. Nice breakfast but very expensive for what ofer I'm going to cancel my next holiday with them in November and try to get a decent one in ponta negra natal really hard to find a decent hotel.
