Na verdade ao chegar no Pontalmar, devido a problemas com o aquecimento de água fomos transferidos para o Rifóles Resort (hotel da mesma rede) localizado na frente do Pontalmar. Experiência maravilhosa!

Destaco el desayuno delicioso y muy variado, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, los recepcionistas muy amables, buena ubicación a 1 cuadra de la playa y cerca de bares y restaurantes. Lo único malo fue que desde mi habitación se escuchaba desde muy temprano el ruido de los platos y cubiertos al preparar el desayuno, creo que deberían tener más cuidado con eso, sin embargo lo recomiendo y volvería!

Service at reception and in the restaurant (breakfast) was excellent. At the bar in the morning, too.

Service at the pool bar at night was terrible - the bartender was very rude.
Menu prices are exorbitant and there is still a 10% increase.
