The worse hotel I have ever stayed at , in fact I didn’t enjoy my holiday because of that awful hotel . the pictures look great , the reception was friendly , but the moment you get at the pool area and restaurant, it all changes , terrible service , the staff are not trained to deal with high profile people. I spent 2 and half hours by the pool and nobody came to ask me if I wanted a drink , they had attitude, VERY UNFRIENDLY.. I was so so disappointed with everything.. there is no luxury in that hotel , the breakfast was the same everyday and the food was awful . I asked for a room service and the chicken was raw . They are so closed mind , everything I asked for was not possible .. I regret so so badly staying at that place , it made my holiday in natal unpleasant.. I am so socked how unfriendly they are .. so people please make sure you look around, this hotel has no luxury .. I have travelled the world and this was the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel ..

Hotel maravilhoso, somos recepcionados com champanhe e agua, ao chegar no quarto tem mimos para familia, ( apto 608), só fiquei triste pq no primeiro dia estava no quarto e vieram me deixar docinhos e agua mineral de brinde, isso só aconteceu no primeiro dia, enquanto no quarto de minha irma e de meu sobrinho 407,410 respectivamente eles receberam os mimos todos os dia, independente de estarem no quarto, fiquei sem entender o motivo de minha família não receber. Adorei a atenção das recepcionistas, do pessoal da piscina e principalmente da camareira de nome Laura que ficou com meu quarto os 4 dias de hospedagem, amei a mordomia ( chamam assim preparar a banheira em horario escolhido pelo hospede. Recomendo a todos o hotel.

Localização perfeita, próximo a bons restaurantes, pé na areia, piscinas com várias temperaturas das águas, quarto amplo com vista mar. Café da manhã muito bom, com excelente tapioca e omelete.

O hotel tem instalações incríveis Ficamos 5 dias hospedados, foi tudo tranquilo ate o penúltimo dia, qdo 4 das 6 pessoas da nossa família tiveram infecção intestinal tendo que ir ate o hospital para tratamento. Sendo que todos nos fizemos só refeições no restaurante do hotel. Fiz uma reclamação formal no hotel, fui ignorado solenemente. Triste Nao voltarei

Es perfecto para descansar, hotel nuevo con todas las instalaciones impecables, ofrece desayuno y cena buffet de calidad con una atención de parte del personal que es un lujo adicional, tanto en recepción, como en comedor y personal de mantenimiento. Todas las tardes informan con una nota que aparece en la habitacion sobre el posible estado del tiempo. Viene a diario acompañada de un par de bombones y un par de botellas de agua sin cargo. Una delicadeza. Es el segundo año que concurro al mismo hotel. Además, Natal ofrece para todos los gustos ya que es una ciudad donde hay prácticamente de todo. La habitacion es muy cómoda, el baño cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje para dos y los artículos de higiene personal son de L’Occitane siendo repuestos diariamente.
