Aquaria Natal Hotel

This is an amazing place to stay, with friendly and welcoming staff. The location is excellent, offering easy access to various restaurants and the beach. The room is clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the best omelette and tapioca prepared by Chef Helena. Mari kept us entertained at the pool with different games.

The hotel was very clean and well located on the Ponta Negra beach. Good view from the room. The breakfast buffet is a good one with an omelet cook at the ready. The dinner buffet is abundant and compete. We special ordered grilled fish which the staff was happy to prepare. [The buffet offering is normally breaded and fried shrimp and fish in heavy sauces.] We would like to give the waitress Márcia a special shout out for her friendly and personal service. She a lovely person: smiling and always upbeat. Thank you Márcia (!) from Gaby and Chris. We love you. The room lacked a comfortable living area. Just a small sofa. No table or chairs. There was a coffee table and two wood chairs on the balcony.

Excellent staff that goes well beyond the call of duty. They are proactive, and extremely attentive and nice. They will constantly stay in touch with you through WhatsApp, so make sure to have the app installed. It’s a very good hotel that needs some mostly cosmetic updating. Very good breakfast with more than sufficient options.

Suites are excellent with beautiful scenery of beach from balcony and very polite staff always ready to help us.Nice breakfast lunch and dinner. Nice swimming pool with barserving light referecement. Around lots of options of shopping like sovinior and convinient stores. .

The kindness of the staff is something that outstanding, they are very helpful and ready to overcome any situation. Room was clean, well organized with lot of space to store my belongs. Breakfast was good with many options of fruits, juice, breads and regional food such as tapioca Private parking space with no extra charge, luggage store with no extra charge Location is very good and i felt safety seen many police officers nearby the hotel during day and night. My room.had a very beautiful view of the beach and nearby sightseeing Morro do Careca

The hotel is in front of the beach, perfect location to enjoy Ponta Negra. The room is very large and confortable, the staff is very friendly. Especially Debora, Marcos, Mateus e Kawa, they made my time very enjoyable and relaxing! Defenetely, I want to come back!

very rude and rude staff who don't speak English. After checking out at 12 noon, we were not even allowed to stay on the hotel premises until 2 o'clock in the afternoon, since my wife had work calls and needed wi-fi. The workers constantly came up and asked when you would leave the hotel premises. I have never encountered such a practice in other hotels
