Falta manutencao mudamos de quarto tres vezes caia agia do ar condicionado na cama, fechadura que nao abria tuvemos de saltar a janela para entrar trocaram decquarto mais uma vez o pequeno almoco despresivel, limpesa muito má.

Hotel sem manutenção tivemos de trocar três vezes de quarto, cafe da manha péssimo sem qualidade nenhuma a comida e bebida sem identificação e sem proteção mesas sem individuais, ar condicionado num dos quartos pingava para cima da cama molhando a roupa e o colchão sofás velhos e cheios de nodoas por fim ficamos num qyarto com uma boracha para segurar axtorneira marquei viagem e vim de noite para Fortaleza já não aguentava mais tanto descaso.

Cama péssima, de mola, afunda, parece uma rede, acaba com a coluna, não recomendo, se quer tinha cama de casal, mas duas camas encostadas, café da manhã fraco, nem tapioca fresca serve, banheiro pequeno apertado, espaço com excesso de móveis, sem necessidade, não dá nem pra circular, caro e ruim. Café a partir das 07 horas se precisar sair mais cedo fazer passeios vai ficar sem . Caro e ruim.

Excelente hotel en relación calidad precio. Extremadamente limpio. Buen desayuno con distintas opciones. Frente a la playa. Piscina siempre impecable. Los recepcionistas excelentes muy amables, sobre todo Nildo. La verdad hotel muy recomendable en Natal.

Infelizmente não foi legal a estadia! O hotel ta em condições precárias. O ar estava pigando agua na cama, o receptor da TV nao funcionava, a piscina nao tinha bar e pouco guarda-sol e o café da manhã deixou muitíssimo a desejar, com pouquíssimas opções. Ainda por cima me colocaram num quarto péssimo, visão da janela pra um monte de entulho e com barulho de obra pública ao lado, cobraram ainda R$ 140,00 pra fazer um upgrade de quarto.

Hotel antigo, porém com estrutura ok. Quarto grande, porem mal posicionado, nos fundos. Equipamento de ar condicionado com baixo desempenho, quase tornou a permanencia impossibilitada. O elevador tambem estava com problema, o que dificultou subir e descer com as malas.

Encontrei o hotel em reforma, se soubesse não teria reservado. Existe frigobar no apartamento mas não tinha água mineral para vender... Cheguei a noite e fiquei com sede. Os travesseiros cheiraval mal. Os lençóis velhos e encardidos. As portas emperradas, o chuveiro com pouca vazão. O sofá muito sujo e não há no apartamento uma bancada de trabalho. Também não havia interfone para falar na recepção. Ponto positivo: a vista do hotel é linda e ele é bem localizado.

Bom local para se hospedar com a família. O quarto que fiquei é bem amplo. A piscina sempre estava limpa. Frente ao mar, autêntico pé na areia. Café da manhã muito simplório, mas gostoso . Precisa de um manutenção. Tem apenas uma jacuzzi que acaba sendo muuuuuito disputada. Eu recomendo custo-benefício.
