I didn't like it when I arrived. I arrived at night and was surprised that there was no elevator, but later I discovered that the elevator was on the 1st floor. The food was very well served, the breakfast was very good. The location was close to the beach.
They said there was parking but they didn't say that it was charged R$20.00 per day. Even so, there are few spaces for the accommodation capacity, but overall it is very good value for money.

I love the costumer service, that was always gentle and kind. Ademilton deserves a raise in his payment, cause me and my husband got an amazing treatment from him. Everybody, from the front desk to the room service were awesome. Thank you so much!

Having experienced other hotels, we have really enjoyed our stay in Aram Hotel, from the reception to the room the whole experience was great. Breakfast was varied with huge selection of cold and hot foods. Ademilton provided us with sympathetic and likeable service during the morning breakfast. Will come again when back in Natal

The best thing is the breakfast and the staff is very pleasant, they are always attentive. worst: The hotel lacks infrastructure, it looks like a hospital, the pool is small for the number of people it houses, the rooms are not well maintained, the air conditioning is old and noisy, the bathroom is obsolete, the shower cannot be regulated and the selling very hot water. The sheets and bedspreads look old and dirty. I'm not coming back. thank you
