Hotel located a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is just OK, limited offering, not enough seating, and always the same. Bed was good and linen high quality. There's a microwave but no utensils. The gym is very small with old equipment.

Good place to go anywhere. There is a need for a rented vehicle for the comfort of the tour for those from out of town. They could do a little more cleaning and minor repairs due to day-to-day use, but overall it's good. The service is good, with attentive and prompt staff. Room with bathroom of good size for a couple, not needing to be bigger. Bed and bath linen clean and in very good condition. Good breakfast, with fruits, juices, coffee (we lacked, as a suggestion, a hot chocolate), bread, cakes, eggs, cheese bread, tapioca, etc. I'll be back, given the opportunity.

Apartamento atende bem as expectativas para um pernoite, mas, o banheiro, em especial o box, é bem apertado e, no apartamento que ficamos, o ar condicionado não estava 100%... Café da manhã bom.

Quarto grande com sofá, mesa, pia com bancada. Café da manhã bom. A localização é razoável, não fica muito perto dos melhores bares e restaurantes, mas estando de carro não é problema. A manutenção ficava desejar, uma luminária da cama pendurada e a outra não ligava, o forro gradeado da entrada do hotel bem danificado, o elevador parando desnivelado nos andares, várias pessoas tropeçavam ao sair.

Estadia maravilhosa, hotel e quartos limpos, tudo muito organizado! Café da manhã ok. Super indico e espero voltar!

This hotel is near food, stores and the beach. The bathroom is small but the rooms are a good size. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was very helpful kind and friendly. The breakfast area is small and often very busy.

Well located in Ponta Negra, Natal, fare priced, this hotel looks good for both pleasure and business. Rooms are spacious, wifi works surprisingly well, restaurant on site, room service 24/7, close to te beach, restaurants and night life. Friendly staff and covid-19 prevention measures were all right. For those who care the swimming pool does not get direct sunlight in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Hotel simples, boas acomodações, boa infraestrutura, ótimo chuveiro, atendimento. Porém, o restaurante poderia oferecer um melhor portfólio de bebidas destiladas e fermentadas, tipo whiskeria, vinhos, cervejas 600, drinks… Mas no mais, muito bom hotel.

O hotel clama ser inclusivo, porém os banheiros são mal dimensionados. A porta do box tem 50cm ou menos de abertura. Se a pessoa tiver alguns kilos a mais (sem exagero), já não consegue chegar no chuveiro. Pedi reembolso e deixamos o hotel no dia seguinte. A gerente comentou que as vezes as pessoas reclamam, mas que esse foi o padrão entregue pela construtora
