Very friendly staff. Nice, clean room. Good location, close to river and Magnolias Grill is the place to eat--recommended by staff. Was on the 2nd floor so used the stairs several times--definitely needed a good vacuuming. Easy checkout.

The hotel was very clean. My room was missing quite a few things, including 2 towels and bedding for the rollaway. I had to go to the desk 2 seperate times, which was not ideal. However, the room was clean and breakfast was nice. I will stay at this hotel chain again.

We spent a few days here with family. The room was clean, staff very friendly. Our housekeeper went above to help us. My dad ended up going to the ER while here and we had to call 911. The front desk was helpful . The housekeeper helped clean the mess in our room even though I said just pass the gloves and I’ll do it. Very close to downtown and shops and food. Biscuits and blues is very good .
