The room was clean. The bathroom floor has really yo be renovated. Breakfast should not be called breakast. A muffin and scrambled eggs that’s about it but the coffee was great. Guys please use realistic photos on your site. If not I would advise people to use Google Mops to get a view on your grounds. The premises are next the road. The main building is just next to it. Most of the rooms are motel like not hotel like.

I loved the fact that the rooms where spaced out (no neighbors on either side). Also they had an easy to use laundry mat and the staff was polite and helpful

What I didn't like was unable to contact ******* to cancel reservation for 3/35. No way was indicated to talk to a live person as I chose the wrong date and wanted to change it. Will never use ******* again.

The property looks nothing like the photos posted by management here on Tripadvisor - it's old and shabby. My room was in the back of the building and was reasonably quiet. Upon arrival, neither of the key cards I received at check-in worked, so I had to walk back to the front desk. There was minimal wifi reception (no bars) and none of my devices were able to connect. The room had a musty smell. Decor was very dated with dark carpeting and a badly stained upholstered chair. There was no luggage rack. Amenities included mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Well lit desk area and sufficient number of power jacks. Reasonably comfortable bed; thin pillows. Bathroom with leaky tub spout (and not a small leak). Basic breakfast. Friendly, pleasant staff. Overall not up to par for the price paid.

They were kind, different from other hotels. They provided supper. Room was fine, bed and pillows clean. Pet area ,Okay Location fine not far from downtown, easy access to places in town They gave us a snack bag at check out. It was nice We had a good stay

The hotel offered free breakfast and supper, and both were better than expected -- sausage and bacon and eggs for breakfast, for instance, not just muffins, and one of the suppers was lasagna. The staff members I interacted with were all very friendly and welcoming. The property had some limitations: the toilet in my room ran a little, and I was never able to coax more than a cup or two of ice out of the machine in 3 days stay. The room was perfectly comfortable, though, and combined with the food and service I would stay here again the next time I go to Natchez.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and efficient. Free “dinner” if you’re in the hotdogs. Breakfast was skippable. But decent value and comfortable overall. They had a pool, but it was too cold to use it. We would stay there again.
