Checked into a dirty room. Awful smell. Bed terribly made. The chair was filthy. Handle on chair appeared to be chewed up.

Reserved 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds, this room wasn't cleaned properly. There was rice on top of the bed,
hair in the bathroom, a nail file left on the chair and trash on the floor. The other room was a non-smoking king. There was an ashtray in the room and could smell the smoke, there were dead bugs in the light cover in the bathroom. Were rushing to a wedding and didn't have time to ask for a change of rooms. but won't be staying there again.

Room was very dirty. Dead bugs. Sofa bed had a buffet in it. Patch spots all over the walls. Tub/shower was quite funky

This is the most nastiest disgusting place I have ever stayed.. we were tired so we decided to stop and get a cheap room just for the night CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS GREAT .. till I got to the room 1st room had blood food and things on the sheets .. 2nd room was a little better but not much .. while I’m sleeping roaches was crawling on me. All in the bathroom over the floor . I’m so scared to go back to sleep . It’s just that nasty 😡😡😡 I advise anyone to NEVER EVER EVER COME HERE .. this is by far the worst birthday trip ever ..

This property was not as advertised. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. We witnessed a man run from the police in the parking lot as well as a full on brawl on the opposite of the property, between guests. There was no water pressure in the shower. The pictures on the website do not match the property. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. While in the lobby, making the manager aware of these problems, 2 more guests came in complaining. All in all, a very bad experience.
