非常不滿
入住酒店的第一晚，全區在晚上九點後沒有電
酒店沒有事先通知我們，說沒有我的電話號碼？！
入住時問我們是否繼續入住。
當時已是晚上九點半後，已經找不到其他的酒店
全晚沒有電，燈和冷氣
我們買了很多食物去煮，沒有電煮不到
事後酒店拒絕退款
說已在入住時通知我們沒有電的情況
感到非常不滿
Extreme dissatisfaction!
There was a power shortage in the area on the first night of check in after 9pm
We were not informed before as they said they don’t have my mobile number ?!
No light, air-con
Just gave us a small torch and not even a fan!
They refused to refund as they said they already told us the condition when we checked in
Do we have other option when you inform me at 9sth pm and the whole area is closed due to power shortage?

Das Hotel liegt weit weg von der nächsten Stadt was wir richtig gut fanden. Der Service war super gut. All unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt und wir würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn Australien nicht so weit weg wäre.
Die Villen liegen entweder mit Blick auf dem Garten oder auf einen See. Wir hatten eine Villa mit Gartenblick und es war sehr gut. Der Zugang zum Meer ist sehr schön angelegt.

amazing location and nice hotel. but the hotel is clearly very stingy on staff. there is not enough and the ones they have are not at all qualified or experienced to provide the service one would expect for the price and a hotel like this. most of the employees are on working holiday visa and it’s very obvious that they only do this job to make some money and not to make a career, so there is a huge lack of service (can’t really blame the staff, since they simply don’t know better and no one teaches them). we also had no wifi in our room and it took them 3 days to come up with the idea to share the wifi egg that they have…. also several times there was a power outage at the hotel.
overall, as nice the location and the hotel is, i would not go back, since the service is at best equivalent to a hostel…

The first night we were there, we requested for the room to be cleaned but our room was not serviced.
There’s no dental kit in the room. Had to ask for the dental kits every day. Service is very slow.
Room is very basic.
Total experience is below expectations as this is an established and well known hotel chain.
Some good points: - hotel staffs are very nice, pleasant and friendly.

Away from town, good place to be away from crowd. The service was bad, my mum found a tear in the bed sheet before she sleep but the housekeeping team came and took away that faulty sheet and did not properly lay the bed sheet back, instead they just took off the bed sheet and leave the bedding with one side without bedsheet and ask my mum to call the counter tomorrow. For this price we are paying, its ridiculous and unacceptable.
