The hotel is convenient and close to my destination

I would not recommend this hotel based on location. Terrible location. Did not feel safe outside of hotel. It sits under an overpass. Its dirty, dark and very sketchy.

the parking is easy to use, enter on the back of the building, also delicious morning café de olla on the lobby

Everything excelent

The good: The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and gave 5 star service compared to another nearby hotel I was recommended and ultimately ended up giving up on due to their poor service, among other issues. The bad: I booked a room that had two double beds, and they were both uncomfortably firm, like it seemed like there were no springs in them whatsoever and might as well have been boxsprings. They have no give and are hands down the firmest mattresses I’ve ever laid on. If you sleep on your back, this might be good, but as a side sleeper, I could not get comfortable and they ended up hurting my back from not conforming to any of my pressure points at all. It was so bad that I could not sleep at all and felt like a zombie from the lack of sleep. The toilet would leak water every single time it was flushed. Another thing to note is the wi-fi. The first day it seemed to work on and off, but then was useless the next day. I ended up having to check out early because of these issues, as much as I would have liked to stick it out. Also, the hotel was difficult for some Uber drivers to find and the area did not feel very safe. Like someone else said, it has a lot of potential and could be great if it were updated. As is, it felt like going back in time and living in the 90’s. It was a very weird feeling. Dealing with Hopper, who I booked through, was another issue. I used to use them and used to like them. I will no longer be booking through them in the future, as then turned out to be a huge disappointment when I had issues, and failed to get back to me.

The staff is friendly and efficient, but the hotel it self does need to be more detailed cleaned specifically in the restroom
