En el hotel todo perfecto, solo que yo habia reservado dos habitaciones con ******* y solo tenia una, el personal de recepcion me soluciono el problema. No se si fue cosa de ******* o no, quien sabe!

Nos alojamos en octubre, una excursión de unas 60 personas. Un hotel de tres estrellas ( le sobran dos). las instalaciones lamentables. no tiene ascensor, en cincos días las toallas nunca fueron cambiadas en nuestra habitación ( Triple) y tampoco las sabanas. Había días que las habitaciones no se limpiaban. La escalera de las plantas hasta la recepción mal iluminada y resbaladizas. con respetos al personal. muy pocos y se le veía poco profesional. Con respecto a las comidas del uno a diez un cuatro (suspenso). en el grupo habían personas que no podían tomar lactosas y nunca les atendieron como era debido. en resumen llevo mucho tiempo viajando y es peor hotel donde me he alojado. si puede evitado.

Como leí en algún comentario un hotel de tres estrellas de las cuales 2,se han debido caer o perder. Hay que decir que nuestro menú era concertado con la agencia de viajes,había lo que había y punto,pero eso no quita para que nos pongan desayuno,comida y cena en condiciones,como a diario ponían comidas saladas ,hicimos saber al camarero que estaba salada la comida,para subsanarlo comenzaron a ponerla sosa,a partir de ese día zumo de desayuno temperatura del ambiente incluso agua en las comidas agua también más bien templadita, y de despedida una sopita de verduras digna de foto.

Habitación triple, espaciosa y tranquila. Limpieza muy correcta, y algo muy importante, los colchones firmes, no hay nada peor que después de un día de excursiones acostarte en una cama con un colchón trillado y blandengue, en este caso, todo lo contrario. Y si necesitas alguna almohada más te la facilitan sin problemas. Muy contento con el hotel.
