Comfort Inn & Suites Navasota

The room was not clean. The staff had a horrible attitude and were very rude. It was not a pleasant stay. We were really disappointed. I don’t recommend staying here. There are plenty of other better options. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Although I don’t really think the lady at the desk is to blame, this hotel has awful service. One employee should not be working the front desk and the breakfast room. I booked and paid for a room in advance. The manager said they didn’t even know what kind of room I was talking about. I had it clearly on the receipt. We had a team of girls there and the employee wouldn’t open the dining room door to give out one spoon. I’ve never seen a hotel nickel and dime paying guests like this hotel. I feel sorry for the employees.

Worst hotel ever. I called corporate on them because they were extremely unprofessional. They accused me of lying and then called me at 9pm at night to check about the amount of people in my room. They had fleas or bed bugs i got bit multiple times on my neck by something. They were very very rude and unfriendly. I would never stay there again. I wouldnt even want my dogs to stay there they may leave with fleas.

I liked the property but I tried to change my reservations before check in and was not allowed to without being charged for both nights. I was charged for 2 nights for a 1 night stay. It was my first time using ******* and I never will use it again.

The staff was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The sheets were silky soft. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV. And plenty of room to move around. It's a small town and I think that is where the extra dose of friendly comes from. I love it. I just wish there were more restaurant options within walking distance, but I can't complain about that in a small town. There were several restaurants within driving distance and the one restaurant that was next door to the property has a very delicious chicken fried steak with yummy sides. It was a great choice to stay here and we will do so again next time we are in the area.

This hotel deserves alot of praise. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The service was great on all aspects. The price for 2 Queen beds was affordable. The breakfast and coffee every morning was delicious. If you attend the Renaissance festival this is a Great place to stay. Located behind a great restaurant and Best part, you couldn't hear the Traffic. It has a Nice View with a pond. Great area for Kids to play/fish.

The hotel smelled musty. When we got into the room we noticed mold on the ceiling in the main room. The smell was horrible and the carpet damp and sticky. I let the front desk know. I have asthma and I needed the meds to help breathing and major headache. I hope the issue is fixed before anyone else stays in 104. Not satisfied at all.

I like the pond and the bench the pond that is situated by the hotel I didn't like the humidity and the the moldy smell in the room. Also I didn't like that they put a $250 hold on my card for incidentals.
