The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and new. It has a swimming pool and a mini academy. As highlights I have the reception service that was great from the beginning. The hotel does not honor reservations guaranteed by advance payment. It happened on Jan 9, 2020, with a prepaid reservation. The reception first claimed that my reservation had been cancelled, then that my reservation ”was” in another hotel of their network, in another town near Itajaí, and that they didn’t have any apartment available in the Itajaí unit. Soon after another guest checked in, and the reception claimed he was a guest ”of a company”. Then the commercial manager by phone claimed that a cruise ship did not dock, they were overbooked, and had ”relocated” me to another hotel in another city. After all, they had some apartments booked ”for companies” and almost an hour later, given my threat to notify the competent authorities, I ended up being accommodated - for the last time of course - in this hotel.

The environment and facilities are OK, but the hotel's service is too bad, let the front desk help with a bottle of water, directly tell us that there is no room service
