The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

Friendly stuff, helpful, curious for talking. I feel like home.

Breakfast had nothing to be served at 10 o'clock everything was out-of stock. Worst breakfast ever

You should definitely experience staying once. It's worth the money. 8th floor swimming pool and lounge stole my heart ❤️ Overall experience with stadium view is Vola.

Had a lovely stacation and experienced a lovely hospitality from check in to check out. Food quality is fine but can be better. Overall a had a great time.

Awesome property with beautiful stadium view and you can also enjoy the ocean sky line. Far off even atal setu is visible. Soothing breeze at "the box" sky lounge enjoy on the pool side. Drool in the pool on sunday's 1:00 pm -5:00 pm. Food was also nice and decent. Only thing which fell a little short was the in room sevice food menu which should have more varieties and dishes.

The hotel dint lived upto the standards for the below reasons. 1) room in which i was occupant 1510 there was no privacy and we were able to hear the noise of other room’s activities. 2) the dust was not at all settled and was all over the glass and other things whenever the curtains was used the feather like thing use to float all over the rooms in the air. 3) food was half decent with limited options for vegetarian family i also pointed to chef that the mend u vada was savory in taste such a big hotel and such neglence shame. 4) coffee was served cold when asked for hot. 5) no feedback on the food served on the buffet sad but truth. 5) delay in delivering on water bottles on my last day of check out 9th jun e 2024 have to call 3ice. 6) car was parked in basement where it was very dirty at the time of check out. 7) hotel staying guests and normal outdoor guest was served at the same time which eroded the customer service responsibility and in-house guest was not serviced properly or i must say living up to your hotel’s expectations. This is the fair feedback without any filter as n customer we came to relax we relaxed but the ambiance was ok and there was no attendant at the pool area it was secretive but contact less just in case of some medical emergency.
