I paid for a single room, but upon check-in at the hotel, I was assigned a large room (twin room DELUX??), so the space was great.
However, I requested a non-smoking room, but there was an ashtray in the room, and the room facilities were quite outdated.
The table legs seemed to fall over, and there was no hair dryer, so I requested it separately.
The location of the outlet where you can charge your phone was blocked by furniture, etc.

We Americans lived in this hotel for three weeks while conducting a staff-development program for local secondary English teachers and had no complaints. Comfortable beds, good housekeeping, some English-speaking staff, and an excellent restaurant. The room lighting offered sophisticated options. One of our team had trouble with WiFi in her room, and another had issues with noise (mostly from other guests), but these little problems paled in comparison to the effort of the staff to be friendly and service-oriented. Kudos to the kitchen staff, cleaning ladies, all the waiters, and front desk clerks for their endless kindness and helpfulness. The location was perfect: near the lake, where we could walk in the evenings and work out at the little park. Navoiy does not have many Western tourists, so it was a treat to be near a family-oriented destination. It is the cleanest city I have ever visited!

Заезде оплатили сразу проживание в сумме 1.832.000 сумов. При выезде нам дали чек только на 1.800.000 мотивируя, что в системе у них цена 600.000 за номер и 32.000 они пробить не могут. В результате долгих (!) приперательств они выдали второй чек, но провели его как услуги прачечной. И еще, цены на Букинге выше, чем цена от стойки, как оказалось в последствии. Номер 311. Категория Делюкс И постоянные проблемы с лифтом, часто домается. При отключении света в отеле нет генератора и вам придётся сидеть насколько часов в темноте и духоте

Отель расположен в самом центре Навои рядом с великолепным парком и искусственным озером. Огромны плюс, что отель расположен в глубине квартала и нет шума от автомобилей на улице. В самом отеле все коридоры покрыты ковролином, скрадывающим звук шагов идущих по коридору. Персонал очень приветлив и доброжелателен. Номера просторные, есть все необходимое, включая бритвенные принадлежности, фен, чайник, шикарный халат и тапочки, белье белоснежное, набор подушек, на которых очень удобно спать, шикарная кровать. Каждый день уборка со сменой полотенец. Чай и кофе, посуда для чаепития, ложечки. Вся мебель очень удобная и новая. ТВ кабельное, много российских каналов. Трансфер из аэропорта или заказ такси в аэропорт без проблем. Завтрак шведский стол. На выбор все что душе угодно, от молочной манной и овсяной каши до мясных блюд. Много сладкой и не сладкой выпечки, присутствует как европейская так и восточная узбекская кухня, все свежее и очень вкусное. Отдыхать в этом отеле одно удовольствие. Заслуженные три звезды с плюсом.

I was here for 3 weeks, so we got to know the staff well. They were very nice and kind to us. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast, included with the room, is amazing!! It is a great location to walk to the large park in Navoi also.
