刮鬍刀掉房間了，前台讓我回去拿，但是打掃房間的員工就是不給我，非説她們煙灰缸掉了，要先找到，我等着她打電話通知酒店管理員上來解決問題，真*****，這分明就是懷疑我偷你家東西，一個破煙灰缸而已！我來的那天就不知道桌子上有一個煙灰缸，我自己也不會抽煙，也不會***將酒店煙灰缸丟在地上，我們無冤無仇，不會做這種掉價的行為！！真**離譜你個納雍大酒店，以後再也不會來了，差評！

房間大，視野開闊，早上可見雲海。地下停車場入口不太好找。退房時不用查房，服務員未及時提醒，給我站了半天等查房結果，無意怪前台小妹，但還是覺得説聲“可以了！”比較好。
