This hotel was terrible. The blinds were transparent so the room could be seen from outside which isn't good. I called the hotel before coming but they don't answer and they were very aggressive on whatsapp. The hotel staff didn't even let me enter my room and said wait. I was tired and they just started talking about tours and saying it's this price that and didn't even let me go in my room. Breakfast was terrible. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the hotel I stayed after this was 400% cheaper and had better service. I went for breakfast and it felt like the staff was following me around. They don't even pay their staff properly who was cleaning downstairs and he didn't even have money to buy food the staff on the ground floor cleaner. Hotel was also a nightmare to find and isn't even a hotel but rather a building with 5 hotels which is weird.

Très très satisfaite de cette hotel. Il est très propre. Moderne. Literie très confortable. Propose des chaussons et ce qu'il faut pour la salle de bain. Vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur les pyramides. Personnel très à l'écoute. Ils etaient tous la pour nous . Ils nous ont proposé une navette aéroport pour pas galéré . Je recommande sans hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe

This is little place is located very near the pyramids and on good days you can see them from the roof-top restaurant. The staff are very helpful/friendly and will go to the end of the earth to help. Rooms are small but kept well clean; the bathrooms are extra compact and may not suit everyone. They will prepare breakfast for you and can cook whatever you want (within reason). Two negatives are the broadband which goes up and down (maybe they should change net provider) and the water supply which keeps running out at times. Other than that its ok for a short stay and back-packing adventures.

The staff was amazing, they were able to assist in booking daily tours with licensed tour guides. This made the trip so much more educational. I had a room with a balcony that looked out directly to the pyramids, which was beyond my expectations. Every morning I had a delicious fresh breakfast on the rooftop eatery served by friendly staff. The staff at the inn have great conversational English skills which was especially helpful for me. They are family friendly, always greeted me with a smile. Local shops around for shopping. Although most of my transaction was arranged through the In. I did uber on occasion which is extremely affordable and easy to do as well. It was a dream come true to be able to wake up in the morning and see the pyramids and also to sit on the balcony at night and see them glow in the colored lights of the night. Also, the experience of looking out my window and seeing the camels going to work each day was a surreal and memorable experience I will never forget. I am forever grateful that I chose to stay here because I felt the true spirit of Egypt with my surroundings. And they definitely make you feel like you are at home and part of their family.

This place was fantastic. Free pick up from the airport! The place was clean, well located and the people were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our week here with fabulous views of the pyramids and great food in the roof top bar. We will be back!

This place was a very wonderful,They treat you as family .From the beginning to the end Mohammed the manager along with Saab for the tours were just fabulous.Even the housekeepers we very helpful,they woke me up every day for breakfast.You really feel at home with a magnificent view of the pyramids and sunset.Will be coming back just to experience there hospitality.Had a wonderful experience.

Brilliant hotel with extremely friendly and supportive staff. Lovely breakfast. We had the balcony room which gave us amazing daily views of the pyramids and life in Giza. Mahmood, Ibrahim and others looked after us and made sure we had a super stay. Our guide who they recommended, Fati, was absolutely brilliant. She filled each day with new facts and enthusiastic tours of monuments. Could not recommend more.
