Giza Pyramids View Inn

I was looking for a hotel with a view of the pyramids and found this one. Although my room didn't have a pyramid view, the rooftop bar offered a great view! (Breakfast was also served there, which was a fantastic start to the day). The breakfast selection was small, but delicious, and I had no complaints about the facilities or cleanliness. They even stored my luggage after check-out, and when I picked it up after sightseeing, the reception staff kindly let me charge my phone using their power outlet!

August 2026: My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The free airport transfer service was great; after arriving at the airport, I easily contacted the driver via WhatsApp and met up smoothly. The room was clean, and the views from the balcony and rooftop were absolutely amazing! We also requested a dedicated driver for a day trip to Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur, and he provided an excellent tour of the area, making for a wonderful day. All the staff were incredibly kind, and choosing this hotel out of so many options was definitely the right decision!

It had an amazing terrace facing the pyramids. The staff were friendly and warm. I'd especially like to thank Muhammed at the reception.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad. It's well-located, and the rooftop restaurant offers magnificent views of the pyramids. The economy rooms don't have windows, but the panoramic view rooms with jacuzzis are excellent. However, it's not ideal for a long stay as there's construction going on outside, and soundproofing isn't great. For a 1-2 night stay to visit the pyramids, it's perfectly suitable.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, including toiletries. The mattress was very comfortable. I had a room with a window facing an internal area within the hotel. This wasn't an issue, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The view from the hotel's rooftop is beyond words. The entrance to the pyramids is just 5 meters from the hotel entrance. It's magnificent! The staff are very polite. For its price, it's a wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from the pyramids' entrance (where the Sphinx is). Getting to the airport was quick, avoiding traffic by going around the city. The staff was always helpful. Great view from the rooftop restaurant. There wasn't a window in the room (more like a small vent in the wall), but it didn't bother us at all since we spent very little time in the room. It's close to the GEM and a taxi ride there is inexpensive. Waking up to the restaurant balcony offered a beautiful view of camel riders and the pyramids.

The hotel is located right next to the entrance to the Giza plateau, which is its main advantage. We booked a more expensive room with a balcony and a pyramid view. While you can see the pyramids, there's a construction site directly below the windows. This spoils the entire view, and it's quite noisy from the ongoing construction work. The builders didn't even stop in the evenings. There's also a lot of noise transfer from neighbors – constant slamming doors and conversations. The room itself is far from new, and the towels are very worn out. There are no slippers, but toiletries are provided. There's a kettle (which gives off a plastic smell when boiling) and two cups (which looked like they hadn't been washed, with tea stains). A big disappointment was the hotel staff. We had planned to have dinner in the hotel's pyramid-view restaurant in the evening. When checking in, we asked if a reservation was needed and were told it wasn't, just to show up. However, we couldn't get in because the restaurant was fully booked by a large group. One of the hotel staff members kept shouting that everything was reserved and wouldn't let us sit down or even look at the menu. When we asked for five minutes to choose a dish for dinner, he just repeated the same thing and shooed us away. We ended up having dinner in our room, but this situation severely soured our impression of the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel. If and when a new building is constructed in front of the hotel, it might completely lose any advantages it currently has.

The cleaning staff were really kind.

This hotel offers great value for money, just over 200 [currency]. The terrace restaurant is absolutely stunning, with a direct view of the Sphinx, and the breakfast is delicious! However, the bedding is terrible; it's all pilled.
