Excellent service which is hard to find. Every single staff is concerned about your stay, comfort and convenience. Good location with beautiful view of the Pyramids. English speaking hotel staffs who are ready to make sure you have a good stay.

Pyramid view from balcony was awesome. We can eat breakfast at balcony with seeing pyramid. Staff was kind and helpful everything. There is supermarket at ground floor of same building, it is convenient. We will come Egypt again and will stay here as well.

The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. The room is clean , and the beds are comfortable My only take on them is the surrounding location and the lack of laundry service. Otherwise totally deserve the price.

Give up the room fee and leave urgently! ! ! You can imagine how bad it is! Although you can see the pyramids, they are still a long way away. You have to take a bus to get there. Downstairs is a slum full of smell. There is no shopping place and there is nothing to buy in the supermarket. The room is very small and there is no place to put the luggage in the bathroom. There is only an overhead shower and the sanitary condition is not as good as it should be. There is no television and there is no TV station to watch. Although there is breakfast, it may not suit most people's appetite. We expected to go to the airport at a good time, but there happened to be a power outage. Even the elevators had no power, so we had to wait in the lobby. Fortunately, there was still no power for half an hour. Fortunately, the staff were enthusiastic to help us carry our two large suitcases downstairs. The only advantage is that the staff are friendly. Others are not as good as expected and will not stay again! If you see a yellow cat when you check in, please feed it. It has offspring and is very docile and cute. Another reminder: Although there are doors and windows, remember not to open them because there are flies and you can’t drive them away. You will be in a swarm of flies. If you sleep there for a few nights, the toilet will smell bad. Please close the toilet door tightly. In the end, you will survive in a confined space. Fortunately, I have a considerate man who booked a new hotel that night🥰 

Don't be fooled by the rundown lobby and tiny elevators. The room was very clean, and we, a couple with two children, had a comfortable stay. All service staff are very welcoming. Similar to domestic serviced apartments, the price is affordable. There is a supermarket downstairs at the intersection and it is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramid from the rooftop. It gets a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or slightly thicker clothes. But it's very hot during the day. Hygiene: very clean Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevators are so old that they look like scenes from a ghost movie. Environment: When you actually enter the hotel, the view from the rooftop is very good, but there will be a power outage. Service: Every waiter is warm and friendly.

This is the highest level accommodation in Cairo. All the staff are the most comfortable and friendly people I have ever met in Egypt. And the most important thing is that the view of the Giza Pyramids from the rooftop is breathtaking, and our room was the largest, so the view of the pyramids from the room was also nice. However, you should take into account that the area where the accommodation is located is an underdeveloped part of the city and is far from other Cairo tourist attractions. Breakfast is provided as a ‘light’ meal.

The hotel is on the 13th floor of the building. The pyramid view terrace is the best. Hotel staff were always helpful. Because there is a supermarket on the first floor, It's also convenient for shopping.
