"Very close with giza gate entrance for eygptian, thanx allah, tourist police let us pass the gate to enter immediately. The hotel a little bit noise but easy acces to buy food. Very friendly n helpful staff from 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾
♥️"
"The Pyramids Boutique Hotel is a jewel!
My 84 year old mother and I decided to spend 5 days in Cairo and devote 3 days to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and 2 days taking in the majesty of the pyramids at our own pace. The first hotel we selected was near the GEM but it was neither well appointed nor was the courteous or kind.
We then decided to move hotels and WE WERE SO HAPPY at the Pyramids Boutique Hotel.
The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are immaculately clean, the furniture of high quality, the mattresses brand new, the refrigerator spacious and quiet, and the shower strong with hot water--the hotel even provided disposable slippers, a nice touch we have come to appreciate on the otherwise cold cement floors so common in Egypt. The wifi is also excellent.
The view from the roof deck is wonderful: there is an unobstructed view of all the pyramids and one can even spot the Sphinx between the palm trees. The walk to the Sphinx Gate of the park the pyramids are in is 5 minutes away and there is no line if one books tickets online. The Grand Egyptian Museum is also 5 minutes away by Uber. This is really THE LOCATION TO BE AT: excellent, well appointed hotel with a view, a short walk to the easy entrance to the Pyramid park.
Finally and most importantly, the staff was gracious, courteous, flexible and VERY KIND. They provided breakfast on the roof deck at times convenient for us (mom wanted to sleep in one day) and extended our check-out the last day till quite late allowing up stay in the room until it was time to go to the airport. We could not have been happier at the Pyramid Pavilion Hotel and will recommend this to friends and family."
"I was worried they might be closed because there weren't many reviews, but I checked in smoothly around 9 PM! The pyramids are clearly visible, and it feels like you have the terrace all to yourself, which is fantastic.
The breakfast, while a bit rudimentary for the price, was still decent (the view made up for everything).
The hot water in the bathroom worked well, but the drain was a bit dirty. Don't expect a super clean feel; think of it as a 2-star place.
However, there are so many alleyways that even Google Maps struggled. An Uber spent 30 minutes circling, unable to find the way. We eventually got out midway and walked for about 2 minutes, but the neighborhood itself felt quite scary, perhaps due to being underdeveloped.
Even by 7-8 PM, there were only a few locals on the streets, making it very intimidating. Right in front of the accommodation, there were camels, horses, touts, and tuk-tuks everywhere – it was chaos. If it weren't for the view, I would never have stayed in this neighborhood.
The Giza pyramid entrance was about a 10-minute taxi ride away. If you're looking for good value for money, I recommend it."
"It was most amazing stay i had .it is well worth staying in this hotel you feel secure and just like home and all staff were so brilliant I can say I will book again and I will come and stay again any time in future thanks to all the staff my stay wos just perfect"
"View of the pyramids from the first line - yes. The entrance and approach to the hotel is through a run-down and dirty alley of 400 meters, nearby there is only local ”color”. There seems to be partial repairs, but it seems not, crooked and unfinished. There is hot water. There is a heater. There is breakfast, but after watching the process, we did not want to have dinner. The owners are kind and smiling, as are everyone else."
"This hotel is just an 8-minute walk from the pyramid ticket gate, and the rooftop restaurant offers stunning views of the pyramids. The breakfast is plentiful. It's worth mentioning that the owner is a China enthusiast; he spoke fluent Mandarin and even gave us snacks. His attentive service made for a very comfortable stay. At this price, there are no other options; it's unbeatable value. The hotel also offers activities at reasonable prices."

"Wonderfully kind staff who upgraded our room for free and were completely helpful. My girlfriend was sexually assulted 2 minutes from the hotel on the main road in broad daylight. I know this isn't the fault of the hotel (obviously) but the area isn't safe for women! Would love to leave a positive review because the staff were kind and the room was beautiful, but I can't reccomend staying in this area given our experience. We had to leave after 2 nights after a 5 night stay because we didn't feel safe going outside anymore."
"I recently stayed at Khan DuiDar Inn in Giza and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, which made for a comfortable stay.
The view of the Pyramids from the terrace was a real highlight and made for a lovely backdrop while relaxing.
The staff were also friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive vibe of the hotel.
While the neighborhood is quite old and poor, as expected, stepping into the hotel felt like entering a calm oasis.
Overall, I recommend Khan DuiDar Inn for anyone visiting Giza. It’s a clean, welcoming place with great views!"
"The absolutely spectacular view of the pyramids from the rooftop was the highlight. The air conditioning worked great, allowing us to fully relax and get a good rest. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There were also shops nearby selling snacks and drinks, and the people working there were all very friendly as well. This was a stark contrast to the hotels in Luxor; they really ought to take a page out of this hotel's book!"

Great
GGuest UserVery very happy with this hotel. It is very clean. Modern. There is very comfortable bedroom. Proposes socks and what is needed for the bathroom. Great view from the terrace on the pyramids. Personnel very listening. They were all there for us . They offered us an airport ship for not gallery . I recommend without hesitation. Thanks to the entire team
EEsee MunkhIf this hotel is in your budget, JUST BOOK IT! You can’t find any hotel that is better than this. I swear, Al Farida is one of the 2 best hotels in Giza!
I was searching for a Giza hotel for over 2 weeks, yet couldn’t find any. Decided to get a hotel after I arrive in Giza by seeing with my own eyes and chose this one.
THIS HOTEL IS BRAND NEW, 2 months old as of January, 2025. When you enter the room, you’d smell wood from new furnitures, very pleasant. Shower is nice, instantly hot.
Location is very good, 50-100 meters from the entrance of Giza Pyramids but no smell of horse and camel dung. As it’s so close to the pyramids, the view from the rooftop is breathtaking as well…
Staff are amazing as well. Lovely Muhamed (both), Eslam, Tahir… They’re all fantastic, will make your stay great. Also, you’ll see the cutest bellboys there (only 15,17 years old).
In short, JUST BOOK IT. Hotel rooms look exactly like on the pics. Don’t hesitate. Trust me!
Minor issues to fix: Curtains were half in our room, breakfast and food takes more than 30 minutes.
AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either. From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.
GGuest UserThe service inside the hotel is perfect from the airport pickup, welcome drink , the bar at the rooftop and the staff here is all very nice.
I was staying at the hotel for three days. The first day music on the rooftop was quite loud so I was asked to kindly turn the volume down at least before midnight so that I can sleep. However, the staff turned the music down at 10 PM. And on the next day the music was not too loud. which shows that they really care about their clients.
The place around the hotel is quite dirty, but I don't mind since It is the local lifestyle and inside the hotel is really nice and clean. Plus if you wish to go to the pyramid in the early morning with only a 3-5 min walk this would be the place.
SSkee82Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory.
Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk..
This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything..
The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience,
The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged..
Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning.
The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show.
Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views
DDaniel & Cici Around the WorldGiza Pyramid Inn is very conveniently located, right in front of the Pyramids, offering an amazing view from the rooftop. The breakfast was very good, and the ability to wake up and see the pyramids right outside is definitely a highlight of this stay.
However, there are a few important things to consider. While the pyramid view is stunning, the neighborhood itself leaves much to be desired. The area is chaotic, not well-organized, and quite dirty. As this is a very touristic spot, you will constantly encounter people asking for money or trying to overcharge you for something, which makes it essential to stay alert at all times.
The hotel itself follows the same pattern. The tours they offer are significantly overpriced, likely because some people pay for the convenience, but the prices are far from reasonable. Additionally, we were promised a takeaway breakfast due to our early flight, but when the time came to collect it, they said it was not available. Despite confirming our departure time in advance, we ended up having to buy food at the airport, which was disappointing.
Overall, if you are staying here for the location and the pyramid view, it might be worth it. However, be prepared for the typical tourist traps and be mindful of overpricing. It’s a place that offers convenience, but with some frustrations along the way.
MMianbaojiuThe B&B is only ten minutes drive from the entrance of the pyramids. The location is very good. The guy at the front desk is very friendly. The B&B is clean and tidy. You can see the three pyramids and the Sphinx from the room and the rooftop terrace. The key is the price. Not bad~ There is only one entrance on the first floor of the B&B. The front desk is upstairs. When you get to the door, just open the door or ring the doorbell~
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
GGuest UserThe hotel's selling point is the pyramid that can be seen from the rooftop.
It's a shame that the shower in the room was cold.
The building is not on the street and is set back a little.
