Excellent hotel with staff who made the experience more than wonderful. Great customer service by Alexandra and Nikolas - both went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Mon avis sur cet hôtel n’est pas favorable. Mais il l’aurait été si on m’avait annoncé 3 étoiles. C’est donc plutôt la tromperie que je dénonce. Car il ne vaut pas plus. Notamment au sujet de la nourriture : de mauvaise qualité, industrielle, absolument pas variée et froide. Néanmoins je tiens à dire que notre séjour a été illuminé par notre hôte Anna qui s’est occupé de notre bien être à tous points de vue. Anna parle un français parfait. Sa principale préoccupation est de nous satisfaire. Elle agit avec efficacité et toujours le sourire. Donc, pour résumer, nous quittons l’hôtel avec un bon souvenir grâce à Anna.

The hotel is fantastic the reception the restaurant the bar was very helpful the rooms were clean and big everything was perfect!!!!!! Magdaa helped us a lot with recommendations. We wil definitely come back again!!!!! See you again!!!!!

Abordons en premier lieu les points négatifs. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en avril, ce qui n'est pas vraiment la bonne période pour y séjourner car l'hôtel accueille des classes de lycéens et ils sont très bruyant 😱. Heureusement pour nous ils sont partis assez vite. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu aller nous baigner dans les piscines intérieure et extérieure car elle étaient très froide. Même si l'hôtel étant ouvert depuis déjà 3 semaines, nous avions l'impression que celui-ci n'était pas encore prêt pour y accueillir les touristes. Pour les points positifs 😉. Nous avons rencontré plusieurs personnes parlant très très bien la langue française. Et fais une belle rencontre au sein de l'équipe de l'hôtel 😊. Une petite attention particulière m'a été offerte pour mon anniversaire célébré lors de notre séjour. Pour tout ce qui est des photos publiées sur le site internet elles correspondent au visuel de l'hôtel sauf peut être les buffets, même si ils sont corrects et celui du petit déjeuner très diversifié. Une location de voiture est nécessaire si vous souhaitez faire le plus de visites possible.

A nice place for a quiet holiday and a good base for sightseeing. Great, very nice, smiling staff, ready to help at any time. Special tributes to "the boss" Waldek - thank you for taking care of us. View from the terrace directly to the sea, intimate beaches, swimming pool and green area with sun loungers. I recommend it, it's really worth it.
