Comfort Suites Near Potomac Mills

I’ve come here at least twice a year for the last 15 years and this was the first time that I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, we was located on the third floor and there was a family there that allowed they kids to jump up and down all night long and scream to the TOP OF THEY LUNGS until I had to call the front dest to ask the hotel clerk to ask the parents to quiet they kids down , this was around 12:30 midnight, mind you, me and husband came to sleep and relax , we didn’t enjoy this stay AT ALL, AND we have to think if we ever will return.

Overall, I enjoyed the weeklong stay at the hotel. Staff was helpful as a one of them helped me load my heavy suitcase into my car. However, the pool was cold and I never got to swim.

We stayed here for our family trip! We have no complaints the room was nice and my kids loved the pool! Staff were super friendly!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel. The hotel is located very close to Potomac Mills, a huge shopping center. The rooms in the hotel were very clean, spacious and well-prepared. The included hot breakfast was good--eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.,etc., The indoor pool is large and relaxing. We went in and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their pleasant demeanor makes for a more enjoyable stay. The desk manager was helpful in providing information about the hotel's features The bedding was very comfortable. The large TV was excellent and provided many channels to choose from. The suite had a sitting area and a pull out sofa bed which was nice. Overall, well worth the money. We'll be back.

Service and people were great. Needs some upkeep and general maintenance, but nothing to stop you from staying here.

Price and front desk is great . But everything is outdated far as furniture and carpet . Had to keep switching rooms first room was very dirty and smelt like mildew second room carpets and couch looked horrible so didn’t want my kids to be sitting on it the last room was fair but only cause I seen the other rooms and she had them clean it again prior to us going in I wanted to get my money back and just go to another hotel but had 3 kids with me and was a hassle . Will just spend a few extra dollars next time just for the comfort . Also bathroom felt dirty I know they cleaned it but just so old and I think of all that went on in these hotels . I have a toddler so it’s hard for her not to touch things and run around she dosent fully understand how things can be unsanitary. For me I would just spend the extra 25 to 50 bucks next time . Location was good people were friendly, also for breakfast my daughter wanted cereal but I just watched a kid sneeze repeatedly on the bowls without covering his mouth she was right behind him watching . I asked if I can get a clean bowl she removed the top one and said I seen it to. I asked for a bowl in the back that didn’t get sneezed on she had a attitude cause she had a friend there she was talking to and I guess she was upset she had to do her job . Besides her everyone else was very nice also the cleaners were extreamly nice

Everything was great but Wi-Fi. Got kicked off internet multiple times. Could not stay connected for more than 2-3 minutes at a time. Called Wi-Fi helpline, still had the problem. Otherwise, room was clean, spacious and inexpensive. Breakfast was good and coffee was excellent.
