Our stay was nice. The service at the reception was great. They are friendly with fast service. The restaurant in the evening is not so friendly for late dinner because they don’t allow alla carte service but to be fair the breakfast service was nice with lots of food variations. Over all we recommend this hotel to stay with family and friends.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of getting dinner on site without having booked half board in advance. Swimming pool very cold and the outdoor saunas closed. Breakfast balanced and plentiful. Rooms very nice and clean.

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and had everything you need. The service was very good and very friendly. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. We would love to come back.

Unfortunately the room was very dusty. There was no response to our request. On the contrary, the room service didn't come a single day of our stay. When asked, it was said that there was a lot going on and not every room could be cleaned. As a regulation, a voucher was offered after returning, normally it was a cup of coffee or similar, so it often happens that hotel rooms are not cleaned.

Had a nice double room with a sofa bed and balcony. Breakfast was really great😊

The people who came here were families with children. I guess there are parent-child entertainment facilities nearby. It's a little far from the attractions and the town, but it's no problem if you have a car. It's really quiet.

Top hotel, great breakfast and great swimming pool.

The offer was absolutely ok in terms of price... the cleanliness of the room was great, only the indoor playground is past its prime. The cleanliness wasn't really great here either. Breakfast wasn't that great, tarnished salads and really the simplest of the quality. The buffet, which costs €35 per person. is calculated, however, is a real disaster! Tasted not good and the selection really really given. In order for a short trip, if you get the food from the Italian around the corner!

Despite a previous request to check in at 2 p.m. and confirmation of this time, we didn't get into the room until 4 p.m. That wasn't OK because we still had a follow-up appointment 0 points for that

Tolles Familienhotel. Ausgiebiges Frühstück Buffet. Alles frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut auf den SPLASH Wellness Angebot.

The apartment was nice, but unfortunately there were some dogs upstairs that kept barking for several hours. Besides that, the overall experience was 5 out of 5. There were free saunas and pools that we could use and the breakfast was very good (+ lots of different foods to choose from).

We arrived at around 6:30 from Sweden with the ferry. After checking in we went to the restaurant to have dinner as se had a light lunch. To our surprise, after a long wait, we manage to get hold of the head waiter, who informed us that it was not possible to have a table - the hotel is faaar out with no alternate restarunts, dispate that it looked as it was a lot of empty space in the restaurant. The reception offered to call to some town nearby to make us a reservation for us. Some time later we were told that we could have a table at 8 pm which we found fare enough. At 8 we went up to the restaurant, after some wait we grab a personal and yes, table no 6 was for our disposal. As there were no menu, we asked what to eat and was offered the buffet. But they would clean out the buffe in 7(!) minutes. We left hungry that night. We have made some travel through the years but this was some experience. We checked out next morning, dispate 2 days booking. It was certainly a never-again-experience, kind of east germany experience. You have been warned, this was not a cheep hotel, just very unfriendly.. Normally we always check tripadvisor before picking a hotel. For some reason, there has been no reviews since 2018, pity!

Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with our stay overall. We booked through Secret Escapes and of course you expect a great hotel. Negative: 1) On the evening of our arrival we ate in the hotel restaurant, but 37.50 for one person without drinks (!!!) is way too much for this selection and quality and we were glad that we hadn't booked half board. The food was only lukewarm, there were instant potatoes, hard bread dumplings, soft chips, healthy food - none of that. The staff were also unfriendly and overwhelmed. Luckily there were great restaurants nearby that we could go to. The "problem" was also known there, as many other hotel guests also reported negative things. 2) Attention!!! There are parking fees that were not mentioned anywhere beforehand! 8 euros per day (!!!) for a public parking lot (not monitored) is really a disgrace. 3) The breakfast was OK, but the plates and bowls were not always completely clean. The noise was enormous, you had to queue for a long time to get a seat. Everything was very chaotic. 4) The room was very thin and old, there was black mold above the shower. The room service had just put our bed linen down neatly and not changed it (after a 5-day stay) and neither the shower nor the toilet were cleaned. The sofa bed was very hard and there was no real sheet, just a long towel that slipped after a short time. 5) Unfortunately, nothing good can be said about the swimming pool either... A pool that was very cold. The changing rooms were full of hair and the floor was dirty, the water in the showers was cold. We had to leave after half an hour because we were all so cold. 6) We booked a massage in the wellness area of ​​the swimming pool, which was very disappointing. The room was uncomfortable, cold, no nice music, the candles were out. The masseur had stopped massaging almost 20 minutes early and I spent 6-7 minutes of that time resting in this much too cold room. Positive: The staff at reception were really nice and the kids also liked the indoor playground in the swimming pool. Conclusion: We won't be coming back until something has changed. It's a real shame that criticism seems to only be listened to but none of it is implemented.
