"Stayed at the hotel for three nights, the hotel is very new, although small but the facilities are very good, facing the beach and the sea (although it is black sand beach). Breakfast is delicious, if you don't have time to eat, you can ask the hotel to prepare a sandwich. I have eaten a few meals at the hotel, but it is more expensive than the outside, but it is recommended. The hotel also has a horse to kill the chicken, but there is no special room. It is made on the beach chair by the pool. The price is more expensive than the outside, but the experience is Not bad. The only bad thing is that the hotel location is cheaper. Come in and take a bad road. We were also found on Google Maps. It would be a bit painful to take the baggage. The hotel is 20 kilometers away from the city, it is more troublesome to go out, you can sit on the yellow bus is very cheap. It is recommended that people who like a quiet holiday come, otherwise it is better to live in the city. The chickens in the house next to the hotel like to call in the middle of the night. If the room is close, it will be a bit noisy."

"Overall, it was pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was very good, rooms are clean and spacious. What I didn’t like was on our day of check in, the elevator is always out of service, and we are check in at 6th floor! Plus the bathroom door are not properly closing and towels are forgotten to be put in the room. It would be perfect stay if this things are managed."

"Value for money! Great location, just few walks away from the seaside/boulevard and near to malls, restaurants and tourist spots. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Wifi is decent and tv comes with Netflix. Hot shower is available, and so is hair dryer. Breakfast buffet is great, with good selection considering the price. We were able to grab two nights stay at around P1800 per night. You will surely get your money’s worth for the stay."

"First look on their IG and I knew I had to book this for my father’s 61st bday. Everytime we were at the hotel, it was a struggle between “I want to make the most out of this relaxing haven of pure green lush and, no let’s go outside and be with the locals”. My family fell in love with this hotel to the point that we want to go back just to stay here. The restaurants in their place are all so great too. Our favorite is Si Senor."

"The hotel is in central location of dumaguete. Accessible and walking distance to thr public markets, transportations, restaurants, malls and landmarks of the old town. It was easy to reach and find from the airport. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful to our needs and questions. The room was ok. Clean, cold with AC, spacious and quiet. There are many to upgrade and considerate like the breakfast. Adding more variations would be perfect for the price we paid. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast. As well as to upgrade the room, bathrooms and its furnishings. But, in overall it was a great experience for a one night. I will definitely come back here."

"You can take a tuktuk from the pier to the hotel for 150peso It’s 50 peso to go to the city center The service is very good. If you have any problems, ask them to solve them. The room is clean and the equipment is old Slippers and toothbrushes are provided The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner is noisy. The swimming pool is thin and there are many people at night"

"Very practical choice with regards to easy access to Lee plaza, restaurants & city tours. Hotel price-Reasonable. We all enjoyed eating @ palwa restaurant-mostly breakfast time. 360 around the corner by palwa hotel is a good place to book your travel tours. You need to bring your own toiletries just so you know. Overall experience with staff @ palwa-excellent. They’re very attentive, hospitable & with beautiful smiles on their faces ready to help you anytime. They need to fix the lamp it goes on & off by itself I think loose connections. Maybe they also need to rearrange the bigger bed so that there’s a way you can get out on the other side quickly to use the bathroom. Also needed a small table to put your snacks or food. We stayed in a family room which I think needs an extra chair as well. Thanks to young man that helped us connect to WiFi & proper use of tv with 2tv controls. "Hotel environment is very good, breakfast is relatively simple, there is a spa center to make an appointment, lunch and dinner are eaten at the hotel, the price is not expensive, tastes good. From the hotel to the apo island, the tutu car gave 200 pesos. The driver should be very satisfied. He also asked to leave the phone to pick up the boat. He went to the apo island to charter 3000 pesos. After boarding the ship, he also collected the life jacket, the island fee, the snorkeling fee, etc. 300 pesos."
