Overall not a pleasant experience, the rooms were not as good as shown in pictures. The ac was not working properly, the bathroom had broken taps. But the service was good by the staff. Location wise it's perfect for lax***pur beach 1.

I hotel is good but blankets have holes and also doormats are very bad and they torn-ed as well. From the doormats bad smell sand is coming. I don’t have images.

1. The room condition was good for a night stay and the cost was reasonable. 2. Staff was quite cooperative. 3. The food quality was excellent and well prepared. 4. Overall a good stay.

Room was good but the taps in the bathroom were not functioning properly. The wifi speed was even less than 2g speed, the tv was just for show. I informed the staffs several times but no solution

Staff is very good, efficient & know hospitality. Very kind and helpful. It was nice experience. Glass wall gave us a feel of penthouse, nice interior. Food was delicious, better than havelock.

The stay was good. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Phone was not there in the room as port was not working. Food is average in taste. Restaurant area is not that lavish as per quality of the rooms. Restaurant was having plastic tables as well as chairs. Although there is nothing negative faced from staff, yet staff could be more professional in terms of attire and habits. The persons sitting over the counter was looking like drunkard goons.

Staff not co-operative. Room service is not good. The landline was not working. Food was also not so good. The good part is that the room was clean.
