The location is very good as it is right in front of the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a swimming pool and I was satisfied with the purchase with breakfast included :)
However, there are too many ants in the dormitory, especially in the area where coffee and tea are prepared.

I was quite surprised that the dirty, stained mats in the room under the fridge, TV etc, would meet the standards for Peppers. Additionally, the carpet is old and needs replacing. When I mentioned this to the staff they knew which room so I guess I am not the first guest to complain. Reception staff are friendly and I appreciated my room being ready early.

This place was ok, cant say I loved the location better staying in Horshoe Bay. but the bed was comfortable and the pool (25 mtr) lap lane was great. A few things wrong with tv and missing a plug - you have to wash up dishes in bathroom sink). Overall pretty good but probably worth paying more for a better room. The bus service is great though so you can get around easily without a car.

It was a wonderful weekend cannot fault the manager, and the staff especially Oscar. They all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. Room was clean and comfortable. And of course, we had the best time at Judy Valentines music bingo night. We cannot wait to go back.

Nice place to stay, and conveniently located for local transport options. Staff were friendly and helpful, although check-in process was a little messy/delayed. Restaurant service was a bit haphazard - we dined with a large group and although we all ordered at the same time some of the meals didn't make it to the table until other people had well and truly finished theirs.
