We have been visiting Port Stephens for over 17 years and this has been the best place we have stayed at. Our one bedroom apar**ent felt quite luxurious and modern. Everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. See you again in the warmer months.

The location is very convenient. The apar**ent was clean and included a washing machine / clothes dryer. Great apar**ents for families.

Great location to visit beach and longer walks. Was walking and bike ride distance from everywhere in bay although some big hills to peddle over

Beaches Serviced Apar**ents 12 Gowrie St was the base for our 12 day stay. We chose Beaches for its amenities and proximity to Little Beach. Pricing was competitive for 4 star accommodation. Changing linen during our 12 day could have bumped lol my score.

The unit we stayed in was so clean and new.Room was very spacious and very neat. Linen was clean and so were the towels.They have swimming pool with sun beds.

Couldn’t reccomend Beaches enough. Perfect location, great apar**ent, friendly staff and the pool/BBQ is brilliant! My family spent a week here and didn’t want to leave. Amazing for a family holiday. Will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

No-one at reception on arrival but telephone number on the door was answered promptly and we were given the key box code. It seems a text won't work as we have a UK number. No problem. Lovely spacious apar**ent. We had a balcony overlooking the pool, which was never noisy thankfully. It helps that it's only a small property of 12 units. The apar**ent was very well appointed and certainly had everything we needed for a three night stay. Comfy bed and quiet to sleep. Internet very stable and had no trouble connecting. When we first arrived I thought we might be further from points of interest than I had anticipated but it was actually very easy to walk to the Inner Light Tea Rooms, the waterfront and the town. We did take the car when grocery shopping as it would have been a fairly long walk with heavy bags from Woolworths. We really enjoyed our stay.
