Il resort è immerso nella natura e presenta tutto l' occorrente per un relax all' insegna del benessere, piscina riscaldata esterna, sauna, bagno turco, etc. Fornito di parcheggio disponibile, a pochi chilometri dall' aeroporto Incomprensibile una specie di divano che occlude l' uscita in giardino dalla mia stanza!! provvedete!. Disponibile anche un buon ristorante gourmet con vista

I was recommended by the staff on the phone to go Sunday or Monday, for a quieter stay and less crowd, it's low season anyway. I went the next Monday for 1 night then: Spa Treatments were fully booked for the day and day after. Staff told me they were booked since long time so they were aware the day before when I spoke to reception but did not mention, nor sent any email to inform me about the unavailability. Room is a failure! (Standard), many brown bugs walking around, no kettle, broken hairdryer, broken temperature control, no soap for intimate ( but you have shower gel), fake plastic flowers (terrible) , Sleepless night. I had to call reception at 4am as I was having a sauna while sleeping and they confirmed room was at 25C so they turned the heather off from remote. Not what you expect for a 100++ euro per night and 4 star hotel, oops sorry, a Relax Hotel. Restaurant was struggling to find me a place for lunch. For dinner, the dish I ordered was not available as the main ingredient was over, then I decided to leave and look for another place to eat and magically the dish and the ingredient were back available in the kitchen. I left anyway and found a super local nice place nearby. I shared my opinion with the staff and director at check out, seems like they are not trained on how to deal with customer bad reviews and find a solution. Answer is always: oh I am so sorry, director said he will make sure I will have a better experience NEXT time! Why should I spend my time at Piajo next time? He offered me to stay a bit longer and he would check (again!!) if I can have a treatment in the afternoon. After checking all day before how could magically find a slot now? I had already made plans by then since hopeless so that was not an option for me. The receptionist Alessandra, was nice enough to understand the situation (apparently only she did) and offered me a coffee as a kind gesture which I appreciated. I think it is crucial to pick the right place when you look for relaxing time for yourself. Leaving more stressed after a sleepless night surrounded by bugs is not an option. I wish I read the bad reviews here in Tripadvisor before, as they totally reflect my experience. Both hotel and spa (which has a separate cost) are overpriced for what they offer and the management of the service. especially compared to much better places in the surroundings (e.g. QC). Details: Before booking > I called and talked with reception, I shared my need to have a relaxing stay and preference for less crowded days, I was recommended by Igor, in a very kind, professional and exhaustive chat, to go on a Sunday or Monday for a quieter stay. After couple of days I booked the room, it was Sunday and booked for Monday. Talked on the phone with Antonio, as my payment did not go through, we fixed it. I stayed from 30th to 1st January in a Superior room. The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking Bergamo, the rooms are refined and elegant. I cannot say I am fully satisfied for the reasons I will list below, based on my personal experience, considering what I paid and received. 1) Once we arrived at the reception we were greeted by Fabio who quickly explained the hotel's opening hours and spaces, unfortunately forgetting something that would later be unpleasant (and I will explain to you in another point), we didn't have anyone waiting after us and I We found everything a bit rushed, so rushed that after saying goodbye we asked him if he could give us the keys to the room, which in any case made us smile, without any problem. 2) Spacious, beautiful, well-kept, warm room, welcome chocolates. We realize that there are no bathrobes to be able to go to the spa. It can happen for goodness sake. I call the reception saying that there are no bathrobes to be able to go to the spa and, I assume Fabio, tells us that he will have them brought to the room immediately. About ten minutes pass and he calls back asking if the bathrobes were actually missing. I am shocked and tell him that they are missing, that I searched carefully before calling and that I couldn't find them. At that point the bathrobes arrive. I honestly didn't understand why we should call back to ask if we really hadn't found them. It's something that honestly bothered me. 3) Before going out I find a bug on the wall. No problem, I'll take it and throw it out. A few minutes pass and I find another bedbug, I take it and throw it out. A few minutes pass and I find an ant. We are in the mountains, it can happen if they left the windows open to let the air change, it's not a problem, it can happen, even if the third animal I threw out I prayed not to find any more... :) 4) Small, nice spa , unfortunately very noisy. It's clear that if customers don't keep a low tone of voice it's not the hotel's fault, but I would have appreciated some signs inviting silence and relaxation or some steps from the staff to calm down some rather noisy souls. 5) We ask if it is possible to receive the welcome complimentary welcome cocktail in the room but we are told by the good Igor (a very professional and prepared person) that all the forces at that moment, between 6pm and 7pm on December 31st, are used to the New Year's Eve dinner and that it is not possible to deliver it to the room. It's not a problem for us, who go down and drink it in the bar, although from a 4 star hotel I expect, even though it's New Year's Eve (for which you pay a good amount more) it shouldn't be affected in the hotel stay. 6) New Year's Eve dinner. I didn't mind at all, well organised, excellent dinner, good selection of wines at the right price, excellent entertainment. The only sore point is that you had to leave the hotel because it was located in a structure 400 meters away

Struttura molto bella ma che si perde dinanzi a problemi gestibili e di cui è a conoscenza. Ho soggiornato con amici, mi hanno dato una camera standard con bagno con vetri doccia aperti in una maniera tale che il bagno si allagava completamente rendendo inagibile lo stesso. Fatto presente al primo giorno, siamo andati via il terzo con il problema non risolto, nessun accenno alla situazione se non laconiche scuse, nessun riconoscimento del disagio quotidiano nonostante le rimostranze. Per un albergo che guarda in alto perdersi in queste cose è da sciocchi e poco lungimiranti.

Prenotazione effettuata quattro mesi in anticipo per un occasione speciale dalla mia ragazza e cancellata senza la minima accortezza dalla struttura. A pochi giorni dal check in la mia ragazza riceve una chiamata dall’albergo alla quale non riesce a rispondere (era in riunione), ma richiama prontamente subito dopo senza ricevere alcuna risposta (che in receptionist non risponda nessuno direi che non è normale). Nella medesima giornata la mia ragazza parla più volte con la spa e PRENOTA DEI TRATTAMENTI (RISULTANDO CLIENTE DELLA STRUTTURA con PERNOTTAMENTO). Il giorno del check in chiamiamo per avvisare dell’orario di arrivo (come suggeritoci dalla ragazza della spa per coordinare meglio gli orari spa/massaggi) e ci viene detto che la nostra prenotazione era stata cancellata in quanto la struttura non era riuscita a fare la pre autorizzazione sulla carta di credito. Il receptionist in maniera piuttosto scocciata e poco cortese ci liquida dicendo “se la vs carta non funziona non è colpa nostra” e poi “vi abbiamo mandato delle email”. Le email mandate erano finite nella spam… certo di questo non si può farne una colpa alla struttura, ma che non gli fosse venuto minimamente il dubbio che le email non fossero state lette/ricevute assolutamente si. NELLA STESSA GIORNATA ABBIAMO PRENOTATO DEI TRATTAMENTI e ci era stato detto che risultavamo CLIENTI DELLA STRUTTURA. Palese quindi la mancanza di comunicazione e coordinazione interna. Rimaniamo poi piuttosto sbigottiti anche sul tema carta di credito visto non ci ha mai dato problemi di questo tipo (il saldo era ampiamente capiente e per lo stesso giorno avevamo prenotato un altri evento in cui era richiesto la pre autorizzazione con la carta). Anche in banca ci hanno confermato che non risultavano anomalie con la carta. In tutto questo “caos” per la giornata del nostro pernottamento non ci viene offerto sostanzialmente nulla per rimediare ai loro errori se non una suite (600€ costo doppio rispetto alla camera prenotata ) o un upgrade gratuito per un altra futura prenotazione…. Come se volessi farmi 400 km per venire in una struttura che ha rovinato i festeggiamenti per un occasione speciale e che al telefono è stata molto scortese e menefreghista.

I stayed 3 times, the first when the spa was free of charge, the second was paid but the price was still decent and the last time I found it absurd. I have been going to hotels with spas all my life of a higher and even lower level than yours but in none of them have I ever had to pay €62 for 4 hours or even €90 for a whole day despite staying there. I will come back and also put positive reviews when you are more honest. SINCERELY, for a Turkish bath, two saunas and a mini pool with hydromassage, he found it shameful to ask for a higher price than real spas.
