A beautiful hotel located about five minutes drive from the center. Pleasant pool, spacious rooms. We were in a suite with a good kitchen, a balcony and a yard. The staff is helpful and welcoming. Weak wifi in the room.

Worth every minute there! The staff is so warm and welcoming and ready to give you the most incredible time. The resort is clean and well-kept and the food delicious! (Shout-out to Stella, the chef!) The pools, jacuzzi, and sauna are awesome. We booked a studio room and were upgraded to a one-bedroom. We loved every minute of our time there and would've loved to extend our stay!

This hotel DOES NOT WANT YOU IF YOU ARE NOT JEWISH .... Hebrew signs everywhere ... Very rude rude welcome at a reception . Reception looked like a prison check in desk . Staff with poor manners and poor hygiene. Prices that are dishonest and not value for money. Online booking system that is not legit. Terrible breakfast. George the manager ...u are patronising, rude, arrogant.....NEED MORE TRAINING . Rooms are not that clean.

We have booked a room with private pool, when we checked in there was a toilet paper used on the floor,pool area was dirty, sun beds are like never was cleaned, when we asked from reception to sent someone a guy came with an attitude that I owe him something, NOT RECOMMENDED.

The room was a very nice clean 1 bedroom suite. We included breakfast and dinner with our booking. The food was good family fare served in a buffet style. The highlight of the stay was the staff!! Every person we dealt with there was helpful and courteous. If we had a problem or a question we defintely got the feeling that they wanted to make sure they did whatever they could to satisfy us.

Excellent!!! Breakfast was great! Beds were comfortable...staff very helpful and friendly....one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for quality and relaxing break from the stressful lifestyles we live in today

With a free upgrade to jacuzzi, this venue is unbeatable - when we arrived the water was at 40 degrees, it only needs 27 when it's 15 degrees outside !.. will definitely be back although only in the winter when the jacuzzi shines through. Breakfast is continental style...

Unfortunately we had a negative experience at Caprice Spa. The rooms are spacious and very nice, but the shared areas are out-dated and in need of renovation. The restaurant has nice breakfast but no options for lunch and dinner.
Our main issue was that a male member of staff came into our room whilst my wife was sleeping. He first entered the living room, then came all the way into the bedroom and woke her up. He did not leave, but rather remained asking her questions about room service, without apologising. She was quite shocked and scared.
When we complained to management, it was not taken seriously. We were given excuses about the time, the printer not working etc etc. We could not speak to the hotel manger, only the head of housekeeping, who barely apologised.
Once we said we would leave a poor review they were more apologetic. Then they later came and told us that if we left a bad review the member of staff would be fired. Clearly, we did not want the housekeeper fired, we wanted a more formal apology and for improved processes and training for staff. We did not like being 'threatened' that if we write a bad review a staff member would be fired.
To be clear, we do not want anyone fired. Our hope in writing this is that management will ensure better processes and training for staff, to avoid similar situations in future, and to review how complaints are considered. Thank you.
