The property is very shabby and not at all like shown in the pictures. It is not at all a 5 star worth property. The interior of the rooms are very old and the air conditioners hardly work. The excuse given by ***agement is that it is humid and hence the air conditioner is not working. Overall, its worthy of a three star standard.

Property is good. Its ****** is nice. But they are charging for in house guests thats bad. Breakfast is horrible, needs a lot of improvement. Lifts are too old, very cumbersome. Staff is good.
