Amazing, rustic. Warm and cozy. Beautiful area. Beds were super comfy and everyone was very welcoming. We gated to leave. Great food for dinner and very good breakfast. We will be back.

Beautifully rustic. My family booked the top floor which consisted of 3 individual bedrooms, a common bathroom and living space. We loved it! We decided to eat here and the food was really good and the service outstanding! So impressed with the warmth and heart of everyone we encountered. Located just outside of Nesselwang, this place offers refuge from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nesselwang. I highly recommend it here.

Omdat het prachtig weer was zaten de gasten allemaal op een vol terras. We hadden niet gereserveerd. De eigenaresse wist ons even ‚ vast te houden‘ omdat ze wist dat een stel nagenoeg op punt stond te vertrekken. Zo konden we toch genieten van de gastvrijheid hier. Vlotte bediening, attentheid en lekker eten van een Duitse keuken. Komen graag terug. Op een apart loket is er ook nog een afhaal (to Go) mogelijkheid waar ook diverse camperaars uit de omgeving dankbaar gebruik van maakten.

Der Aufenthalt im Landgasthof zum Alten Reichenbach hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
Das Ambiente ist heimelig und behaglich, das Abendessen sehr gut, die Portionen reichhaltig. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten.
Ein kleines Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Heizung, die irgendwann in der zweiten Nacht begann, laute Geräusche zu machen, was erst nachließ, nachdem wir sie fast voll aufgedreht haben. Schön wäre es auch gewesen, wenn Seife im Bad vorhanden gewesen wäre oder man hätte Netflix verwenden können aber gerade letzteres ist natürlich kein Muss. Über die kleine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer haben wir uns sehr gefreut!
Insgesamt hatten wir eine kurze aber schöne Zeit im Landgasthof und behalten ihn bin bester Erinnerung.

Kamers zijn goed. Omgeving is harstikke mooi. De gastheer (eigenaar) is vreselijk. We zijn hier een aantal jaren geweest. Toen we daar niet meer gingen eten in de avond werden we totaal genegeerd. Dit jaar werden aan ons gevraagd (door zijn lieve moeder) of we speciale wensen hadden bij het ontbijt. Toen hebben we 2 dingetjes genoemd. Het resultaat is nu dat we niet meer mogen boeken (inclusief ontbijt) omdat dit dan niet meer zou passen in zijn kostenplaatjes (terwijl wij niet zelf voor extra ontbijt opties hadden gevraagd. Ook werd de kamer niet gereinigd bij aanvang ons verblijf omdat we de enige gasten waren.

What a great hidden gem. We were so delighted to find that this hotel had a very comfortable room with a little private garden for our 2 dogs. The owner was so helpful, even receiving an Amazon package for us and advising of its arrival. The food was great with gigantic servings. Large restaurant & beer garden with tables assigned for hotel guests at breakfast which was good for social distancing. It would be great for kids too. Very cozy spot and a great value.
