Absolute disaster . Thought we were going for nice romantic getaway for 2 . No airconditioning in 39’degree heat . Had to beg for another room . Lied to us that there were no other rooms . Broken doors in room . Security barged into room in middle of night due to “mistake “. Crazy loud music all morning , couldn’t rest at all. Left in the middle of the visit . When we asked for money back they said they would give us another free night . Didn’t know if to laugh or cry . Horrendous . Stay away .

There is nothing luxurious about this property, amazing ocean view, but the room was in terrible condition, cracks in the walls, mold in all bathrooms, closets coming apart.

Loved the Staff. They were very nice and accommodating and supportive considering the war that started with Iran. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Pool area was nice to have, and the pool snack area was nice. The beach was completely closed off because the breakwaters were being constructed.
Would have been nice if they had tour availabilities within the hotel. Dinner was only twice a week. Laundry service was not available. Rooms were pretty clean but needed attention when I checked in. Would definitely stay again! Oren and Alina were absolutely helpful with any needs I had and very nice!

Spacious two bedroom two bathroom suite with beautiful view. Breakfast good but breakfast room leaves a lot to be desired! No WiFi first two days. Hotel said they could not compensate us because it wasn’t their fault!

The room was really large and had a breathtaking view. We had hot water for about 15 min then none after that. The tvs didn’t work properly. Wasn’t the cleanest other tbe. That it was great
