Facing the big lake, there are also yachts on the lake. The scenery is very pleasant. There are also very convenient tourist trains nearby. It takes 45 minutes to go to a high place and have a bird's eye view of the entire town.

Hôtel , très bien mais un peu chère pour les services fournis,la cafétéria et a revoir pas d'eau dans la cafetière malgré un personnel compétent et très à l'écoute des clients, je trouve qu'un hôtel 4 étoiles le client devrait pouvoir choisir pour le service petit déjeuner sel services ou être servi par un serveur pour le petit déjeuner ? Oui serait un plus pour hôtel .

Sehr gute Lage mir wunderschöner Aussicht über den Neuenburgersee. Die Bar auf dem Dach har eine wunderschöne Rundumsicht über den See und die Stadt. Man kann jederzeit diw stets Freundlichkeit des personalsin jeder Abteilung loben. Wegen seiner Struktur verfügt das Hotel über nur wenige Parkplätze in seiner Garage. Dafür werden zusätzliche Parkplätze im Aussenbereich angeboten.

Tout était parfait. Les chambres avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac sont de taille parfaite et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le service est excellent et le personnel d'une grande gentillesse. L'emplacement est idéal en bordure de lac et tout proche du centre historique.

Beautiful hotel in the very best location. Rooms are newer and relatively nice, the balcony with the view of the harbor and the lake is absolutely fantastic. Nice restaurant and wonderful roof terrace in the house. We had a very nice stay and would stay here again at any time.

Wir wohnten für 4 Nächte im teuren Executive Zimmer im 6. Stock. Direkt über uns die Rooftop Bar. Der Lärm dröhnt nachts bis mind. 2 Uhr und man muß ( trotz Hitze außen) mit geschl. Fenster und Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Im Frühstücksraum herrscht eine Spatzenplage. Sie fressen vom Buffet und den nicht abgeräumten Tischen. Ich habe nach unserem Aufenthalt alte Hotelbewertungen gegoggelt. Seit mind. Juli 23 berichteten Gäste von dieser Plage. Leider haben wir es vor unserer Buchung nicht gelesen. Das Hotel hat es seitdem nicht für nötig befunden, daran etwas zu ändern. Die Gesundheit der Gäste ist ihnen völlig egal. Außerdem wurde bei unserer Abreise festgestellt, daß wir das Heftchen für Vergünstigungen und kostenlose Angebote nicht erhalten haben. Dadurch sind uns viele Möglichkeiten entgangen. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und besteht überwiegend aus aufgebackenen Convenience Produkten. Schön waren einzig der Blick und die guten Betten. Allgemein kann man dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.
