L’hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent une vue sur le lac splendide. Le personnel est très aimable. Petit déjeuner parfait dans une belle salle lumineuse. Le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons eu à Neuchâtel. De plus des œuvres d’art partout, de vraies lithographies.

Très bon hôtel en face de la gare. J'avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur le lac pour ne pas subir le bruit des trains. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Petit-déjeuner plus que correct. Personnel très sympathique. Une bonne adresse.

Situation idéale, en face de la gare, un funiculaire pour descendre au centre ville, ou à pieds en 10 min. La chambre (dans l'Annexe) a tout ce qu'il faut. Le service de la Receptionniste et du personnel du petit-déjeuner et du bar est très attentionné.

Très belles chambres dans la partie annexe de l'hôtel. Un très bon accueil de l'équipe avec des réponses appropriées à nos demandes. Parking facile et peu cher (10 CHF/jour), bagagerie etc...

Wir logierten im renovierten älteren Teil des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Lage ist gut, wir haben auch Parkplätze in der nahen Umgebung zugewiesen erhalten. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Auf der schönen Terrasse gab es einen Apéro, wir wurden von einem sehr aufgestellten Mitarbeiter bedient. Das Essen (coronabedingt Vorreservierung empfehlenswert) war lecker. Das Zimmer war ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar. Die Coronaregeln wurden akribisch eingehalten.

Prima hotel naast het station. Het ontbijt is wat beperkt en het bed aan de harde kant. De kamers met uitzicht op de stad hebben eigenlijk geen uitzicht. Verder erg vriendelijke personeel.

Smiling and pleasant staff (receptionist and cleaning lady). The hotel is well located just opposite the train station and 10 min walk from the old town. The room is modern and large. The fridge is very useful, and an iron is available on request. However there is no air conditioning but a fan is available in the room. The view from my room was amazing! I will come back
