Very close to the Genève station. Could find easily even in the night. It was the first time in Geneve to catch an early flight so the location was best.

Hôtel sympathique à la déco un peu désuète mais bien entretenu. Service parfait pour un 5* (voiturier, bagagiste, room service, service du soir). Seul bémol: buffet du petit-déjeuner à améliorer (remplacer les produits épuisés, privilégier les fruits de saison).

Attitude from teams and service to improve. Not at the level of a 5 star hotel to expect and available in other Beau Rivage hôtels. Opening the full terrace and not 1/3 of it during good weather is a must and should not be optional as people are waiting for a seat and To resume: not worth the awaiting for the quality of the service and moment lived.

Parfait. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée dans son style charmant sans être désuet. Silence total. Prestations et services bienveillants , amicaux. Table très correcte sous forme brasserie ou gastronomique. Pt dej buffet très complet. Parking public sous l'hôtel ou voiturier aux petits soins

Chambre réservée pour personne à mobilité réduite: une marche infranchissable pour accéder à la douche! Parking facturé à 35 Francs Suisses/ nuit alors qu’aucune autre possibilité en fauteuil roulant pour se garer ! Service au restaurant très long alors qu’il n’y avait que 2 tables occupées…

Super location near the lake with lake stunning lake wiew and alps if weather plays along. 2 minutes from cozy Neuchatel city centre by foot underpass. Very attentive and friendly staff, fine cuisine. Wine list could be a bit wider for my taste but it's ok. We'll come again! Merci beaucoup nous reviendrons.

Avons résérvé à la Brasserie Veranda pour un diner de familie avec service à la carte. La personne qui a pris la réservation nous a dit que c'était possible. En effet dimanche à midi ce n'est pas prévu car il y a un grand buffet. Promis est promis nous a dit l'équipe de Nelson et nous avons profité d'un excellent service par Nelson et son équipe BRAVO!! à toute l'équipe, Nelson, Sara etc. On vous recommande et retournera! C'était vraiment top! A bientôt MILAGRO
