Lumpy and deformed pillow, bedding made from cotton and polyester - Beirtex. We felt hot and uncomfortable in the bedding, probably ok for other guests. TV turned on in the middle of the night, waking us up at 3 AM. Friday evening, the restaurant only serves a buffet, not a la carte. This is not mentioned anywhere on the restaurant website, and had we known this - we would have found somewhere else to enjoy our anniversary dinner. We have stayed at the hotel several times before, and have always enjoyed it previously. The surrounding area is beautiful and excellent for walks; you’re in the middle of the countryside as soon as you step outside the hotel. The room was spacious, neat and clean. But all areas and hallways are to dark and it felt like they wanted to save money on lighting making it a dull and depressing experience to walk around the hotel halls.

Wir hatten das zwei Nächte Abo und haben die Auszeit genossen. Das Zimmer war zum Garten heraus sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Bettdecken waren mir etwas zu dünn. Der Service im Restaurant sehr freundlich und entgegenkommende. Die Küche reichlich und lecker. Das Brot musss unbedingt probiert werden!! Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und wurden umsorgt auf eine entspannte Art.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber! Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauna ist gut eingerichtet, öffnet aber erst am späten Nachmittag. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Nur der “Fitnessraum“ verdient die Bezeichnung nicht wirklich. Er war ungeheizt, spartanisch bestückt und hatte keinen vernünftigen Bodenbelag. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch die Lage am See ist prima und man kommt schnell nach Kalkriese.

Kaikki hotellissa todella hyvin. Very beatiful hotel and room. Everything was allmost perfect, maybe bed whould have been a bit softer. Restaurant meny very good with resonable prices. Definitely worth to visit again.

Es war ein tolles Wochenende in einem sehr schönen Ambiente. Es fehlte an nichts, sehr nettes Personal mit viel Humor.

We went here to enjoy some alone time, which is rare when you have two young children. Due to Covid our trip had to be prosponed a couple of times but it was worth the wait. The room was beautful and the shower was amazing. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breatfast was delicious and if you want to go swimming, there is a lake just behind the property. It is nice and peacefull . Only downfall was, that it got very hot and our room did not have airconditioning and the doona was made for winter, so the room heated up quickly in the afternoon. We would always come back here for another stay.

Unique hotel, which is at the same time cozy and stylish. The area is beautiful and you can walk/run/bicycle f. ex. by a lake. You also might see some animals (horses, sheeps) near by. The room was renovated and we liked especially the lightning. The bed lines were wonderfully spongy. There is some nice restaurants at walking distance, and we wanted to walk around so we did not buy a dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was included and it was delicious and nice.
