Not satisfied at all. Specializes in cheating Chinese people. I booked a family double room and was given a business room. The price difference will not be refunded.

There was an issue with being charged again when making a payment, but chat customer service was able to help.
It seemed like a procedural mistake on the part of the hotel.
There was also a supermarket next door, so it was very convenient.

Very good 4 Star Hotel, good room, spacy, DARK, Clean, bath OK, but Not Hügel

Arrival and check-in was very friendly and accommodating. We had registered a late arrival by phone, but it wouldn't have been necessary. Everything worked out perfectly. The underground car park was practical and had parking bays that were not too small as we have experienced several times.
Unfortunately we didn't have time to visit the wellness department because our stay was very tight.
We also skipped breakfast because an hour more of restful sleep was a better solution for us. (There was plenty of coffee later...)
The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the beds (mattresses) weren't worn out, but were really hard and very comfortable.
All in all a great price-performance ratio.
Very happy again, a recommendation for Nürtingen.

Ganske glimrende hotel. God morgenmad, rent og pænt. Billederne snyder lidt mht spa afdelingen som er MEGET lille. Personalet er imødekommende og venligt. Eneste anke er at de måske ikke var de mest informative omkring begivenheder i nærområdet. Da vi besøgte, var der byfest nede ved floden. Det havde været rart at få af vide, da ALLE restauranter i byen var bookede

Dejlige store værelser. Der var rent og pænt. God modtagelse i receptionen.
Gode muligheder for at spise i nærheden af hotellet.
Lækker morgenmad. Godt udvalg. Fin håndtering af Corona med plastikhandsker i morgenmadsbuffeten.
Vi boede på hotellet før besøg på Mercedes Museum og Mercedes Fabrik.

Ligger i en rigtig hyggelig lille by. Pæne store værelser, men man skal være opmærksom på, at der er meget lydt.
Meget stor og lækker morgenbuffet, der ikke kostede det store.
