Mutter und Töchter kurzurlaub, leider nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, war dann sehr laut. Und nur ne beistellliege als Bett bekommen. Frühstück wurde wenig nach gefüllt, oder gar nicht. Man musste alles suchen und erfragen. Das Personal das abräumen war nicht in der Lage, schmiss immer wieder das Geschirr und Besteck runter. Beim aus checken wurde nan nur vertröstet, das sie keine Schuld hätten, waren auch überfordert. Lage des Hotel gut. Man kann viel zu Fuss erreichen oder mit dem Bus. Ich war nun das 3. Mal da und war dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht, so schlecht hatte ich es nicht davor gehabt.

Gutes Hotel, perfekte Lage für die Messe in den Holstenhallen, man kann direkt rüberlaufen. Die Zimmerausstattung und das Badezimmer sind in Ordnung. Gutes Restaurant, nettes Personal. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten.

Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig man kann hervorragend schlafen und der Weg zur Messe ist über den Parkplatz auch sehr kurz

Mediterranean buffe war unglaublich schlecht Frühstückspaket war auch unglaublich schlecht, de obst war gelegentlich ungenießbar. Das Einzige, was gut war war de zimmer De Speisekarte war ok, aber eine größer auswald wer wünschenswert.
