Hotel céntrico, en la mejor zona de Neuquén. Muy recomendable! De lo más destacable, la atención de los chicos en recepción. Son amables, cálidos y resolutivos. Las habitaciones espaciosas, cómodas e impecables. No es la primera vez que me hospedo en el hotel. No lo cambio por otro.

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en el hotel y si tuviera que volver a Neuquén elegiría nuevamente hospedarme aquí. El hotel es muy cálido, amplio, luminoso. Esta perfectamente ubicado. El personal es super amable, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es abundante y muy rico. Súper recomendable.

Estuve alojada unos días, por cuestiones laborales y quedé encantada con el hotel. Las instalaciones, la comida y la abundancia del desayuno, todo de calidad y de elaboración propia. No tengo dudas de quedarme en este hotel hermoso! ………….

Estuvimos alojados con mi familia, camino a San Martin de los Andes..... había un temporal y el gerente fue muy cordial y amable .... su predisposición al igual que sus empleados, destacable... muchísimas gracias....

Excelente atención del personal, trato cordial y respetuoso. Las instalaciones son impecables y el desayuno de alto nivel. El cuarto es muy amplio y cómodo, y el salón principal para desayunar es hermoso. La limpieza del hotel es impecable.

Las habitaciones frías y sin buena calefacción. Reserve por teléfono y me pasaron un precio el cual no respetaron ya que dicen que ese precio era MAS IVA. El personal del desayuno unos mal educados importantes. No hay cafe expreso. El estacionamiento no esta incluido y es a 3 cuadras. No lo recomiendo. Hay opciones mas económicas y muchísimo mejores. Todo esto lo dije en la recepción, no les importo mucho.

El hotel está renovado, lindísimas todas las instalaciones. Lo único que cambiaría es el sistema para desayunar, ya que no es autoservice sino que hay que solicitar cada producto y, si hay mucha gente, hay que esperar y es incómodo. También, el roomservice no está disponible las 24hs. Por último, el costo del estacionamiento nos pareció excesivo y no está incluído en el precio de la habitación. El resto, excelente.

Las instalaciones, si buen son algo antiguas, están muy bien conservadas y operativas. Encontré algunas fallas en las habitaciones que fueron subsanadas de inmediato e incluso me cambiaron de cuarto porque no era muy buena la ducha. Calefacción OK. Silencioso en el contrafrente. Muy buena predisposición y cortesía del personal. Tiene dos restaurantes con platos muy elaborados, algunos realmente exquisitos (recomiendo las mollejas de cordero)
