Relacion precio calidad excelente, habitacion comoda, limpia, grande, completa. Desayuno muy bueno, variedad y calidad. Buena atencion del personal en general. Ubicacion inmejorable, a media cuadra del Museo Nacional y cerca de todo. El unico punto en contra es que no cuenta con cochera en el mismo edificio.

Apesar de estar classificado como hotel Botique, e a área externa de convívio ser bem decorada e de bom gosto, os quartos são uma decepção. Extremamente pequeno, sem frigobar, sem TV ou sistema de ventilação (mesmo que fosse um ventilador). O banheiro era extremamente pequeno - eu tinha que fechar a porta para conseguir acessar a privada - e mal conservado.

Habitaciones y lobby un tanto fuera de tendencia. Si bien la ubicación es excelente, dado que se encuentra a pocos metros del Parque Central de Neuquén, les sugiero mayor iluminación y una ambientación más moderna para captar también a un target más joven.

No fue buena mi experiencia. El hotel es de gama media, no de la mejor calidad, faltan articulos importantes ( como secador de pelo). La atenciòn de los empleados fue mala, no tiene buena predisposicion, no son nada simpaticos. Ademas les consulte para reservar la habitacion por un portal donde figuraban, me dijeron que haga la reserva por ahi, que era una promocion que ellos tenian, y despues me encontre con que me cobraron en dolares ( cuando todo en mis comprobantes de reserva estaba en pesos). El estacionamiento malo, porque sino alcanza para todos, tenes que dejar el auto afuera y pagar estacionamiento medido que empieza a las 8 de la mañana, y no son capaces de tener tarjeta de estacionamiento para brindarle a los pasajeros ( aunque la cobren). No volveria a parar nunca mas en este Hotel.

Es la segunda vez que estamos. Lo usamos como parada para seguir más hacia el sur. Esta vez nos quedamos más noches para conocer más la ciudad. El hotel tiene exactamente lo que hace falta para descansar bien y desayunar rico. Quizás este año le faltaba mantenimiento pero la pandemia dejó complicaciones supongo.
