Sehr gute Möglichkeit auszuspannen. Uns gefällt besonders gut die Seesauna. Das Abendessen in der Seewirtschaft war von ausgesuchter Qualität. Weiter so. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf!

Hotel wie immer sehr gut. Zimmer wunderbar, Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend, Essen richtig lecker. Therme: hier wird leider an allen Ecken und Enden gespart. Wo in allen anderen Spas zunehmend kleine Aufmerksamkeiten nach jedem Aufguss geboten werden, hat die Therme hier inzwischen alles aus dem Programm gestrichen. Früher gab es einen kleinen Tee nach dem Aufguss, ein paar Früchte, etc. Jetzt gibt es nichts mehr. Es gibt auch generell wenige Aufgüsse und diese sind etwas uninspiriert. Man hat das Gefühl, dass das Hotel mit viel Liebe geführt wird und die Therme leider nicht.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Seepromenade, wenige Schritte zur Innenstadt von Neuruppin. Das Thermalschwimmbad wird derzeit renoviert, aber der Spabereich und die Außenbecken sind nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Team ist ausgesprochen zugewandt.

Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leider schlecht erreichbar, dafür ist das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Rezeption morgens schlecht besetzt, Frühstück sehr gut, Innenschwimmbad leider zurzeit in Renovierung

Nettes Wellness-Hotel mit einer schönen See-Sauna zur Entspannung. Spa-Bereich ist ok und das Personal nett und aufmerksam. Essen ist auch ok. Preis-Leistung ist angemessen. Parkplätze am Haus und in der Tiefgarage (1,90 m). Die Lage des Hotels zwischen See und Stadt ist hervorragend.

Hey , Mega Wellnessbereich , mein Favorit das Sole Aussenbecken ! Am Counter hat uns ein sehr netter Herr aus Indien in Empfang genommen 👌🏼das Zimmer ist gut könnte aber einen Interior Designer vertragen typischer Hotel Style in abrockt aber sauber und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt ❤️

Meine Mutter hat ihren Geburtstag dort sehr genossen. Sie schwärmt immer noch von den Dampfbädern und dem Solebad. Und ich denke, sie würde meiner Bewertung zustimmen. Ich fand es sehr schön, dass es einem freigestellt wurde, welche Bereiche man zu welcher Uhrzeit nutzt. Somit hatte man keinen Zeitdruck und konnte sich seine Zeit so einteilen, wie man wollte. Aber 2 Übernachtungen sind leider viel zu wenig, um alle Anwendungen und Angebote genießen zu können. Da wäre 1 Woche Aufenthalt ideal. Auch um richtig in den Entspannungs- und Ruhemodus zu kommen. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal. ;-)

Das Hotel war wirklich schön und sauber. Der Empfang sowie das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer bieten ein guten comfort und sind sehr sauber. In der Therme sollte man sich jedoch als Hotelgast 2 mal überlegen, ob man in dem kleinen Bistro essen möchte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Hotelbesucher nicht gut. Zumal dir Auswahl klein ist und das Personal hier sehr hektisch und unfreundlich. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Das Highlight war für mich die Seesauna, auch die Ruheräume waren schön eingerichtet und haben zum entspannen eingeladen. Bei einem Ausflug in die Therme sollte man jedoch die Kinder zu Hause lassen. Das Hotel an sich versucht zwar kinderfreundlich zu sein, allerdings ist so eine Therme für Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Als Paar oder für ein Frauenwochenende kommen wir immer wieder gerne. :)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber aber nichts besonderes, das Essen sehr gut, eine große Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen, man kommt direkt vom Hotel in den Thernalbereich, der Preis für die Therme ist zu hoch, es gibt drei Saunen, wobei nur in einer regelmäßig Aufgüsse erfolgen, die Saunen sind groß und sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen aber nicht für den Preis.
