A typical example of a well run family hotel. Really nice people and excellent service. Good food. We were in a large room on the third floor….no lift but not a problem for us. Easy safe free parking. Nice quiet little town on the river and lakeside.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Das Zimmer lag ruhig und die Betten waren gut, Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, vor allem die Sparerips. Das Frühstück toppte noch das Abendessen. Eine fantastische Auswahl liebevoll zubereitet - auch mit regionalen Produkten. Wir haben selten ein so reichhaltiges Angebot erlebt. Die Bedienung war sehr Aufmerksam ohne Aufdringlich zu sein.

Sehr schön gelegenes, kleines Hotel, direkt am alten Rhin … Eine schöne Sauna befindet sich unter dem Dach . Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr nettes und zugewandtes Personal . Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig, liebevoll angerichtet und sehr ausgewogen. Leider riecht es im Treppenhaus und in den Fluren sehr stark nach Essen - in den Zimmern nicht- Vielleicht sollte die Küche nicht über den Flur belüftet werden…

Wir waren mit den Rädern hier und hatten eine der hier schon beschriebenen Dachkammern - ohne Aufzug. Was im Restaurant noch als "Flair" bezeichnet werden kann, geht in den Zimmern nur als "in die Jahre gekommen" durch. Natürlich war die Sauna geschlossen, weil kaputt. Das Haus war sicher mal gut....

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Einzelzimmer funktional ausgestattet mit ausreichend Raum. Ich konnte dort sehr gut schlafen. Einziger für mich ein entscheidender Wermutstropfen: ich hatte ein Hotel Nähe Stadtzentrum Neuruppin gewählt, weil ohne Auto. Tatsächlich liegt das Hotel in Altruppin und 3,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, einen Bus am Wochenende alle 2 Stunden und letzter Bus um 18.00 Uhr. Taxi war am Samstagabend nicht zu erreichen. Also ohne Auto ist man dort aufgeschmissen
