Schreck an der Rezeption, ich hätte doppelt gebucht und müsste wohl doppelt zahlen. What??? Dann hat die Dame das an der Rezeption mit einem Telefonat für mich geregelt.

Hotel wollte mir das Geld zurück zahlen. Ich hatte die Zimmer frühzeitig gekündigt. Selbst auf eine Mail kam bis heute keine Antwort. Sehr traurig.

Hotel bem novinho . Parece que fica num prédio comercial e apenas três andares São do hotel. Apesar de ser novo e muito limpo, faltaram alguns detalhes para deixar o quarto aconchegante.

Hotel ohne Rezeption - aber die brauche ich an sich nicht.
Läuft alles per Email mit Zimmer-Code etc.
Perfekt wenn man müde und in Eile ist.
Zimmer und Gebäude allgemein brandneu und sehr, sehr sauber.

Im Zimmer war das nötigste vorhanden und das auch in einer guten Qualität. Das Zimmer war schön sauber und schlicht modern. Sogar eine einfache Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Aber es sah alles sehr kahl und nicht besonders gemütlich aus. Die Flure haben eher an ein Gefängnisflur mit Teppichboden erinnert. Eine Minibar oder Wasser war nicht vorhanden.
Allerdings sehr unangenehm war es, dass man das Zimmer von innen nicht extra verriegeln konnte!!! Jeder der einen Code für die Zimmertür gehabt hätte, hätte zu jeder Zeit zur Tür rein kommen können. Man sollte immer eine Zimmertür manuell von innen verschließen können.
Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit Kleinigkeiten die verändert werden könnten, könnte deutlich mehr Komfort geschafft werden.

The location of the hotel is a little outside of Düsseldorf. I chose it because it had free parking. 11 minutes walking distance to public transportation. After getting on, you can reach the city center in half an hour. The building was not originally built as a hotel, I think it was later converted into a hotel. The reception is not open all hours. The rooms are large, nice, comfortable and clean. It is also located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. In short, we were satisfied
