Vorweg: Die bisherigen negativen Ausführungen sind überholt. Das Hotel hat an sich gearbeitet. Das fängt in der nett gestalteten Lobby und im freundlichen Empfang an. Es wurde ausführlich über alles wissenswerte informiert. Hunde sind erlaubt! Da es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze gibt, wird angeboten für 13 Euro in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Das öffentliche Parkhaus berechnet 15 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Vom Bahnhof sind es wenige Meter. Die Innenstadt ist gleich daneben. Das Hotel wurde gründlich renoviert, trotzdem sieht man dem Hotel den 70er-Flair an. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Schokolädchen wurden vermisst. Die Minibar war leer. Die Temperatur konnte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters gesteuert werden; es war eindeutig zu warm! Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert. Das Bad ist geräumig. Allerdings irritierte die Bad/Dusch-Kombi. Sehr gut bewerte ich den Roomservice, der nur auf Bestellung kommt. Ich hasse es, wenn fremde Menschen mit meinen Sachen umgehen. Das Schwimmbad ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und passend temperiert. Das Frühstück hat eine reiche Auswahl mit laktose- und glutenfreien Speisen. Die Brötchen sind allerdings Aufbackware. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gab ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Suppe ok, Hauptgang mittelmäßig. Die Desserts gingen gar nicht. Die Vanillesoße schmeckte intensiv nach Zitrone. Die Panacotta hatte eine merkwürdige Konsistenz. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert. Positiv: Lage, Leise,Roomservice auf Anforderung, Mitnahme von Hunden, sauber Negativ: Parken, Abendessen, Zimmer zu warm

Only on request from residents we found the way to the hotel. Our advice to the reception, to place a guide to the hotel at least at the appropriate bus stops, was certainly not transmitted to the management according to the staff's behaviour. In fact, the business hotel makes a good impression. The rooms are small and convenient, the lounge with the bar is invited and well visited. The open rooms for breakfast can also be used otherwise. The guests are noticeable and the communication with the staff of the hotel does not create any problems. The breakfast is a self-service buffet with 2 full coffee machines, mineral water, milk, juices, meat and cheese cut, cooked eggs and cereals for musli. Unfortunately, the standard breads are baked and not very tasty. Fortunately, there are also gray breads. A particular feature is the pancake machine that we didn't even know yet. After information from the open and friendly staff who take care of postponement at breakfast, this pancake machine is very popular among all guests. We had booked half-pense via our travel agent and then were very surprised by the respective 2-Gange menu. It seems to be the microwave use for the pre-fabricated products. On the first night there was a mixed salad, noodles Arrabiata and on the second night chicken-Cordon blue with brat potatoes and Ben&Jerry's ice from the paper cup. The hotel should refrain from the half-pension in the unsmayful offer. On the third evening we were referred to the American Restaurant Diner ́s Kullman. We could have a ́la Carte food for €15 per person at the expense of the hotel. The good food there was a nice experience for the yet insufficient and unsatisfactory hotel offer for the evening.

We took a break in Deidesheim over the weekend. The hotel is located on the edge of Deidesheim, directly in the wine mountains. We were very friendly at the reception. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed (double bed Queensize) was very comfortable, so we have been very well sleeping. The bathroom with shower and toilet was also very clean. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the selection is very good. There was a large selection of fresh breads just in the fresh breads. There is also a beautiful wellness area with sauna. The hotel is especially suited for walking and biking in the beautiful chair. The numerous wine goods are also worth a visit (wein sample and purchase). We're happy to come back. A highlight of the hotel is an old music box that works and provides beautiful songs. Das Hotel kann mit Qualitäten glänzen wie kein Anderes. Zumal darf man bei einer Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine Stehlampe funktioniert, von 50 Prozent ausgehen. Des Weiteren wiesen die Handtücher nicht nur Flecken und Löcher, sondern auch einen köstlichen Duft von Arsch auf. Neben der architektonischen Missgestaltung des Hauses, besaß mein Bad eine stilistisch, klug, falsch eingesetzte Fliese. Ebenfalls traf ich, in diesem 10.000 cm^2 Bad, auf zwei weitere wunderschöne Überraschungen. Zum Einen durfte ich eine nutzlose, herausgeschraubte Armatur begutachten, zum Anderen traf ich in der Dusche auf vereinzelte entzückende Schimmelkolonien, welche mir ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberten. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat war ich erleichtert, dass ich nicht der Einzige mit einem Schaden bin, sondern auch die Wand meines Zimmers erquickte mich mit einem vorzüglichen Wasserschaden. Zugute kam dem Hotel einen, an meine Stube angeschlossenen Balkon, welcher mir einen Ausblick des Grauens bescherte. Denn der Innenhof, auf den ich blicken durfte, war von einer durchgehenden Grundbeschissenheit ausgestattet. Aber nicht nur negative Aspekte beschatten das Hotel, sondern auch ein einziger guter, nämlich das Personal. Dieses wies eine überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit auf, welche wahrscheinlich auf einer regelmäßigen Drogeneinnahme basiert. Durch die liebevollen Worte „ Danke Bruderherz“ des Personals und der wahrscheinlichen Drogenabhängigkeit, schließe ich auf einen Wohnsitz nahe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs. So kann ich dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, zumindest jedem der von seinen niedrigen Erwartungen enttäuscht werden möchte. Vielen Dank Best Western!
